As information technology continues to advance at a rapid pace,virtualization technology plays an increasingly important role in enterprise IT applications.Virtualization technology allows enterprises and cloud service providers to better utilize server resources,improve resource utilization,and reduce hardware costs and management difficulties.However,with the increase in the number of enterprise servers,it faces problems such as resource management difficulties,security,and reliability.In order to better deal with these problems,it is of great significance to develop a server virtualization management platform.The platform can help enterprises and cloud service providers better manage virtual machines and server resources,improve resource utilization and business availability,reduce IT costs and risks,and further promote the development and application of information technology.For large-scale operators,the research and development of enterprise-level server virtualization products can not only provide end users with a full range of cloud resource services and obtain commercial value,but also accelerate the transformation and upgrading of cloud services,improve the independent control of cloud core technologies,and and improve the discourse power of the industrial chain.This topic is based on the basic version of the server virtualization management platform,and an all-round upgrade of the server virtualization management platform.It is mainly reflected in the addition of many new functions for virtual machine management,and the addition of alarm management and operation and maintenance management.The upgraded server virtualization management platform has more powerful virtualization functions and resource pool management capabilities,can integrate infrastructure resources more efficiently,and provide users with an infrastructure with higher reliability,lower cost,and easier maintenance,so as to realize the smooth transition of the cluster from the traditional architecture to the cloud architecture.This paper first analyzes the background and content of the subject,and introduces virtualization-related technologies and some development technologies.Then analyze the user role needs.After fully considering the user’s usage scenarios,needs and expectations,the upgrade functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the platform are obtained.The overall design of the platform is then presented.Finally,test and analyze the platform.At present,the server virtualization management platform has completed the development and testing work,and has the conditions for formal use in the production environment.
