As the rapid development of virtualization technologies, particularly society demanding for low carbon and energy saving, server virtualization which is an important field of virtualization has drew more and more attention. However, to widely apply the popular technologies in the IT field, proper and unified management of physical and virtual servers becomes an urgent task. First of all, the dissertation carefully analyzes the needs of the virtual server management system. Then, it gives us the detailed design of the database that the system used. Finally, it provides the implementation of the system main modules. Such as, storage management, datacenter management, cluster management, physical hosts management, virtual machine management, log management. The system adopts B/S structure, uses the Flex technology to achieve the software interface display, uses BlazeDS framework to complete the data communication between Flex and Java, and integrates the Spring and Hibernate technology to complete the database operation. Additionally, the thesis also demonstrates information about tests that verify the system functions and performance. |
