Blockchain technology has been widely used in various social service fields such as finance,judiciary,taxation,education,and healthcare,as well as in the construction of productivity systems in vertical industries such as energy,logistics,and manufacturing.While enhancing productivity levels and optimizing production relationships,it also faces increasingly severe challenges such as a lack of regulatory regulations,insufficient security control means,and lagging risk perception and early warning.In response to the needs of blockchain regulation,a construction plan for a blockchain regulatory platform is proposed,which includes a blockchain data acquisition subsystem,a regulatory chain subsystem,a risk analysis subsystem,and a regulatory service subsystem.The regulatory chain is an important technical means in the blockchain regulatory platform,which can ensure the security and credibility of the storage of blockchain risk data.This thesis focuses on the design and development of the regulatory chain subsystem.Through the use of blockchain technology and smart contracts,regulation of blockchain applications is achieved.The thesis introduces the background of blockchain regulation,the related technology,analyzes the functional and non-functional requirements of the regulatory chain system,and abstracts the functions of institution management,application regulation,data acquisition configuration,risk dashboard,regulatory chain management,and data verification configuration.The software hierarchy architecture and network deployment structure of the system are designed,and a risk data storage scheme is designed based on blockchain technology,forming the core solution of the regulatory chain to ensure the credibility and security of risk data.The front-end of the system is developed using the Vue framework,and the back-end uses the Node.js framework.Detailed design and implementation of each functional module of the system are carried out.The test results show that the system can effectively store blockchain risks and provide timely and accurate blockchain risk results to different regulatory agencies,achieving the expected design.This thesis explores a solution for blockchain regulation and proposes a solution that can effectively solve blockchain risk storage and management,providing good reference value for the construction of blockchain regulatory systems in China.
