Network security evaluation is a method of analyzing, testing, and evaluating the security performance and risk level of a system. Its purpose is to ensure the proper functioning of the system and guarantee the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of data. However, the current industrial Internet systems lack network security evaluation methods with high reliability and applicability, which makes system security evaluation work difficult and brings huge challenges and risks. Therefore,it is an urgent problem to design an effective, compliant, reliable, and adaptable network security evaluation method based on existing standards and legal regulations. In response to the demand for network security evaluation of current industrial Internet systems, through the research on the existing network security evaluation technology, the main work and innovation points of the thesis are as follows:(1)Network security evaluation method based on interval-value probabilistic hesitant fuzzy linguistic term setsTo address the problem of "inaccurate evaluation" of network security of industrial Internet, this thesis proposes a network security evaluation method based on interval-value probabilistic hesitant fuzzy linguistic term sets. The method integrates theories and techniques such as group decision-making,social network, fuzzy mathematics and linear programming to make a reliable quantitative evaluation of the network security of industrial Internet system.Firstly, the security evaluation matrix is constructed by interval-value probabilistic hesitant fuzzy linguistic term sets. The weights of experts are determined through the utilization of social network analysis and the maximum consensus model.Next, preference information for indicators is gathered to form a fuzzy preference relation matrix. This matrix is further adjusted using the consensus index and additive consistency index to create a comprehensive fuzzy preference relation matrix. The weights of indicators are then determined using the maximum consensus model. Finally, the network security evaluation of the industrial Internet system is completed by calculating the security membership degrees for each indicator. The proposed evaluation method can effectively deal with the uncertainty existing in expert evaluation, and achieves a reasonable security evaluation of the industrial Internet system. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method exhibits a high level of effectiveness and applicability.(2)Network security resilience evaluation method based on fuzzy Choquet integralIn response to the demand for network security evaluation of current industrial Internet systems.this thesis proposes a network security resilience evaluation method based on fuzzy Choquet integral. This method combines existing resilience evaluation method and the characteristics of industrial Internet, incorporating the concept of dynamic evaluation. It establishes a time-domain-based evaluation method that captures the changing characteristics of system security service capability throughout different stages defined in the context of security resilience. This method enables the assessment of industrial Internet systems resistance, recovery, and resilience capabilities in the face of network attacks. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method effectively evaluates the security resilience of industrial Internet systems. The research results in this thesis have expanded the theoretical and practical application of network security evaluation methods in the industrial Internet environment.By comprehensively using theories and methods such as group decision-making,fuzzy mathematics, social network, and linear programming,it enhances the accuracy and applicability of network security evaluation. This research provides robust support for network security evaluation in industrial Internet systems.
