Research And Design Of Enterprise Collaborative System Based On Shannon-schramm Model

Enterprise collaborative management is an efficient method of integrating enterprise resources.It presents enterprise information with a digital manner at computing terminals,and integrates the information from offline business processes into online platforms through a collaborative environment that connects information and business.The Shannon-Schramm Model(SSM)is an important information propagation mode,which makes a reasonable explanation for information explanation between machines,and also lays the foundation for the information communication between modern Internet devices.This paper introduces the SSM into enterprise collaborative systems,and innovatively designs with project collaborative management as the main focus.This study not only explores the innovative design of enterprise collaboration related systems,but also explores the feasibility of applying the SSM in collaborative scenarios.Specifically,the specific work content of this paper includes the following points:Firstly,the value and feasibility of the selected topic are determined by analyzing the significance of enterprise collaborative systems for enterprise development;Secondly,based on the theoretical development and application research of the SSM,a collaborative scenario model for enterprises is proposed;Thirdly,by investigating the development process of collaborative systems and existing collaborative platforms,the current status of collaborative products is summarized.In addition,the design ideas applicable to collaborative systems are extracted through analyzing the user theory,user cognitive theory,and visual characteristics of collaborative system design;Fourthly,this paper proposes the main design strategies for collaborative systems in four aspects:input forms,interface presentation,feedback,and noise,based on user research;Lastly is design practice,which produces the high fidelity web page prototype of the whole process management of project information.At the same time,this paper designs the system functions in combination with data visualization and recruits tested prototypes for usability testing and optimization iterations.Under the guidance of theoretical research and design strategies,the enterprise collaboration system designed in this paper displays the information of project process in a concise and reasonable layout to achieve accurate and complete input information from users.Moreover,this paper combines noise reduction and feedback design to reduce users’memory and operational burden,in order to further improve information collaboration efficiency and help enterprises achieve healthy development.
