As a kind of intelligent transportation equipment,Automated Guided Vehicle(AGV)is widely used in scenarios such as intelligent storage system and flexible manufacturing system.The use of AGV in industrial production by enterprises can not only realize the flexibility of handling and manufacturing,but also connect different workshops and production processes,promote the digitization of the entire production process,and realize the intelligence of manufacturing plants.Achieving this goal requires the support of a large number of AGVs,and AGVs need to cooperate with each other.The management and scheduling system of multiple AGVs can manage and coordinate the operation of AGVs,which is of great significance to the intelligence of the manufacturing workshop.Firstly,this paper takes the reconstruction project of an assembly line of an automobile assembly workshop as the research object.Analyzes the site environment and specific requirements for the application of the reconstruction of the assembly line of an automobile assembly workshop,and analyzes the design and feasibility of the overall system scheme.Secondly,according to the actual scheduling requirements of the automobile assembly line,the multi-section scheduling design is carried out.According to the positioning method of AGV,a position-based AGV scheduling method is designed,and the entire assembly line is divided into manual section,robot section and road section,and the scheduling method of each section and the global safety scheduling logic are designed.Afterwards,the important parameters in the dispatching system are theoretically analyzed by analyzing the possible operation of the AGV and the entire system,and the relevant calculation methods are proposed according to the physical model,and the parameters are calculated according to the actual situation.The special situations such as AGV cluster start-up and section connection in AGV field operation are analyzed,and the corresponding processing methods are given respectively,which can ensure the stable operation of the system in the real environment.Then,the specific design and implementation of the multi-AGV cluster management and scheduling system for the automobile assembly line is carried out.According to the workshop environment,the AC+AP networking mode was selected,the communication equipment was analyzed and selected,and the network layout and communication test were completed.In terms of software writing,the scheduling software is divided into four modules,including the human-computer interaction module,communication module,data storage module,and scheduling module,and the software writing and functional testing are completed.Finally,the software and hardware of the AGV cluster management scheduling system were tested in the actual production environment,and the functions of communication,scheduling,and human-computer interaction were tested.The test results showed that the system was in good condition and met the expected functional requirements.The system is in practical application now.
