| The rapid development of modern information technology and the continuous popularization of the Internet are constantly promoting the transformation and innovation of people’s production and lifestyle.Among them,the social Q&A community,which takes user-generated content as the service mode and has social attributes,has gradually emerged,and has played a positive role in promoting knowledge dissemination and exchange.With the popularity of social Q&A community,it has become an important way for people to exchange and acquire knowledge,personal display and socialize.However,while providing convenient services for users,the socialized Q&A community also poses a certain threat to the privacy security of users’ personal information.Users often intentionally or unintentionally expose a large number of personal privacy associated with themselves during the use of the Q&A community.The characteristics of social Q&A community,such as openness,sharing and dissemination,make the privacy of all kinds of information disclosed by users can be accessed by any person or organization at any time and anywhere,resulting in privacy disclosure and network violence,causing users to be troubled.Therefore,users of the social Q&A community often have privacy concerns in the process of answering questions,which has become an obstacle to the high-quality development of the social Q&A community.In this context,this paper first reviews and combs the existing research literature on the privacy issues of social Q&A communities,and clarifies the concepts,theories,research methods and main achievements related to this study.Secondly,based on the platform user’s perspective,the user privacy concerns under the social Q&A situation are divided into five dimensions,namely,personal characteristics,interpersonal threats,social threats,platform threats and Q&A control,and the initial items of the user privacy concerns scale under the social Q&A situation are prepared on this basis,The data collected through the questionnaire and analyzed and tested to obtain a privacy concern scale with 5 dimensions and 19 measurement items.Thirdly,build a model of the impact of privacy concerns on users’ knowledge contribution behavior and put forward assumptions for the scale application research.Through collecting data to conduct path analysis and hypothesis verification on the construct model,to test the predictive validity of the scale developed in this paper on the specific behavior of users.The results show that privacy concerns have a significant positive impact on risk perception,and privacy concerns and risk perception have a significant negative impact on users’ knowledge contribution behavior.Finally,combined with the research findings and the characteristics of the social Q&A scenario,and guided by the elimination of user privacy concerns and user privacy protection,targeted suggestions for privacy information protection services are put forward from three different perspectives of users,platforms and government departments,with a view to further standardizing the cyberspace environment,enhancing the initiative of users to participate,enhancing the activity of the community,and enhancing the enthusiasm of users to share knowledge,Promote the long-term development of the Q&A community. |
