| The application of assembled infill technology in timber structure house can improve the quality and efficiency of decoration,but due to immature application and other reasons,there are problems such as difficulties in transferring decoration-related information and limitations in collaboration.Currently,BIM technology,with its outstanding features of information integration and efficient collaboration,provides an information-based solution to the problems in assembled infill of timber structure house.Therefore,based on the analysis of wood structure residential assembly type infill,this thesis mainly explores the application requirements,application points,application process and collaboration methods of BIM technology in timber structure house assembly type infill,and optimizes the model establishment and information flow problems in wood structure residential assembly type decoration in the actual application process.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of timber structure house in China and the application relationship,characteristics and problems of assembly-type decoration technology in them,this thesis finds that there is consistency between the application of BIM technology and the needs of assembly-type infill of timber structure houses,and there is a greater value of application in its various stages.Therefore,the practical application of the application point of BIM technology in the assembly-type renovation of wood-frame residential buildings is explored in combination with the case study.Based on this,the detailed application process of BIM technology in the overall application process of timber structure residential assembled infill and its scheme design stage,part selection design stage,deepening design stage,part factory prefabrication stage,construction and installation stage,and completion delivery stage is explored.Compared with the traditional process of timber structure residential assembled infill,the use of BIM technology enhances the application process of wood structure residential assembled infill and management and control of related information.At the same time,by using Revit’s work set,links and the combination of the two,we explored the way of collaborative work within and between the timber structure residential assembly and renovation professions,so as to achieve the goal of improving the efficiency of collaboration.However,the actual application of BIM technology in timber structure residential assembly decoration process,there are problems of timber structure residential assembled infill model establishment and complex information flow,these problems lead to lower work efficiency and increase the risk of information loss related to wood structure residential assembled infill,so by architecting the wood structure module plug-in and assembled infill module plug-in based on Revit environment,the wood structure in All model work and information are integrated in Revit software system,which can improve the efficiency of building foundation model and assembly decoration model of timber structure,reduce the flow of model information related to wood structure residential in different platforms and between different software,and reduce the risk of losing central information. |
