| With the proposal of 5G millimeter wave available frequency band,researchers have done more and more research on millimeter wave communication system.This thesis studies and designs the millimeter wave antenna in the frequency band of 24.25GHz-27.5GHz.The antenna has good performance and can meet the requirements of millimeter wave base station antenna.Its main research contents include:1.A millimeter wave dual polarization microstrip antenna with slot coupling of multilayer square patch structure for 26 GHz is proposed.The antenna realizes dual polarization through double h slots,and the double-layer patch introduces multiple frequency points to achieve broadband.The available bandwidth of the processed measured antenna VSWR < 2 is 22.61GHz-31.61 GHz,the in band isolation is higher than 26 d B,the measured gain is 4.88 d Bi ± 0.8d Bi,and the cross polarization ratio is 20 ± 2d B,and the beam width of E-plane can reach 130 °.2.A 26 GHz slot coupled ± 45 ° dual polarization microstrip antenna is proposed.The antenna adopts grounded metal structure,adjusts the impedance matching of the antenna by introducing inductance,and realizes broadband by introducing multiple resonance points through multilayer patches.After simulation,the available bandwidth of antenna VSWR <1.5 is 24.19GHz-28.61 GHz,the in band isolation is higher than 28.15 d B,the gain is 5.38 d Bi± 0.26 d Bi,and the cross polarization ratio is higher than 18 db,which can meet the design requirements of millimeter wave base station antenna unit.Based on this unit,a 1 × 16.The impedance bandwidth of the array antenna with VSWR < 1.5 is 23.88GHz-28.30 GHz,the gain in the frequency band is higher than 17 dbi,the isolation is good,the scanning of ± 45 °is realized in the millimeter wave communication frequency band 24.25GHz-27.5GHz,and the cross polarization ratio is higher than 13 d B,which meets the requirements of millimeter wave micro base station antenna.3.A 26 GHz multi-layer feed structure slot coupled high isolation dual polarization microstrip antenna is proposed.The antenna adopts the layered feed structure to achieve high isolation characteristics,and realizes impedance matching by adjusting the slot length and double-layer patch length.The working bandwidth of antenna VSWR < 2 is 24GHz-28.5GHz,the isolation of in band ports is higher than 47 d B,and the gain can reach 5.5d Bi± 0.3d Bi.4.A broadband high isolation dual polarization microstrip antenna with 26 GHz differential feed multilayer ring patch is proposed.The antenna couples energy to the doublelayer ring patch through the differential feed network,and widens the impedance bandwidth by adjusting the size of the ring patch.Through simulation,the working bandwidth of the antenna with VSWR < 1.5 is 24.15GHz-28.41 GHz,the in band isolation is higher than 40 d B,the gain is higher than 7d Bi,and the cross polarization ratio is higher than 28.5d B.Based on this unit,an 8 × 8 array antenna.After optimizing the array element spacing,the array antenna has good radiation characteristics in its working frequency band and can meet the communication requirements of millimeter wave base station. |
