| Since the reform and opening up,my country’s economy has been in a state of rapid growth,and the monetization process has been accelerating.As the bloodline that supports the development of the national economy,in the process of continuously supporting the real economy,my country’s banking industry has also developed by leaps and bounds.At present,in the income structure of my country’s city commercial banks,net interest income still accounts for more than 70%,and most of the net interest income comes from customer loan income.Credit income is still the largest source of income for domestic commercial banks.In recent years,in the face of the complex global political and economic situation and fierce market competition,the quality of banking credit assets has experienced a certain downward trend.How to maintain the high-quality development of their own credit business is still the primary problem faced by commercial banks in my country.In the process of fully implementing the new development concept,implementing the financial supply-side structural reform requirements,and accelerating digital transformation,the importance of the credit management information system has become increasingly prominent.Meticulous and comprehensive pre-loan investigation and appropriate approval decision-making are the basis for the development of credit business.Strict approval execution and effective post-loan management are important guarantees for risk prevention.However,with the continuous innovation and development of the financial market,the financial elements and financial products have shown a trend of diversification and complexity,and the existing credit management information system has been unable to meet the needs of Z Bank’s credit business development.Therefore,this thesis studies and analyzes the current credit business and credit management information system of Z Bank through literature research method and case study method,taking Z Bank’s credit management information system as the research object,and combining with the enterprise system planning method(BSP).It is concluded that Bank Z has deficiencies in the pre-loan,mid-loan,and post-loan links of credit management,that is,the pre-loan customer review is not standardized,the credit model management and control of the loan personnel is insufficient,and the post-loan tracking management is not in place.Corresponding to the problem of credit management,Z Bank’s credit management information system has the problems of thin customer information data,lack of hierarchy in business processes,and lack of big data networking.Using the enterprise system planning method,put forward the improvement plan and improvement plan for the credit management information system of Z bank,use the U/C matrix method to solve the verification,and finally get the solution for the optimization of the credit management information system of Z bank,that is to improve the customer information module,add customer evaluation module,improve business process module and increase big data management module.Finally,from the perspective of management decision-making,the safeguard measures for the improvement plan are proposed.With the rapid development of the financial and banking industries,the importance of the credit management information system of "precise service" has become increasingly prominent.Based on the case of Bank Z,this thesis analyzes and enriches the research on how to improve the bank’s credit management information system to solve the problem of credit management.Avoid inaccurate customer credit ratings due to incomplete customer information,improve the approval efficiency of the approval process,systematically monitor customers’ repayment and credit status in real time,realize the connection of large databases and form the dimension of customer credit,and ultimately reduce the non-performing rate of Bank Z,Provide reference for other banks in the same industry. |
