| As the changes of the times,the economy,science and technology of our country have been sustainably updated and iterated in recent years.There are more and more thoughts on the traditional construction industry’s rough construction mode.The traditional construction industry consumes numerous building materials that pollutes the environment seriously,and the construction cost is high.Nowadays,the construction industry has entered a period of high-quality information development in China.The construction company must be higher level of information management.The emergence and application of BIM technology effectively meet the needs of engineering construction.BIM technology services in the preparatory stage,architectural design stage,production stage,construction stage,project management stage and other stages through a series of section,covering the entire construction life cycle of the data required information.However,these data resources need to be combined with the Internet of Things to achieve better.With the use of BIM technology and the Internet of things,the staff can upload the building information to the collaborative management platform,which can realize the collaborative management of all building parties.More and more BIM technology has been used extensively,however,there is no unified information exchange and sharing platform and poor information coordination,which is easy to form information islands and information faults.That is hindering the application of information technology in the field of construction,thus affecting the production efficiency of the construction industry.Therefore,the establishment of management system for construction production and the exploitation of integrated information management system have become an important research direction and development trend to improve the informatization level of construction industry.Based on the above situation,this thesis proposes the development method and basic interactive algorithm of building construction comprehensive management system based on BIM+Web.It divides the background management center and the front management authority,and multiple professionals cooperate on this system to jointly manage the construction.At the same time,based on two-dimensional code technology,the platform connects BIM model information,background server and mobile terminal,which improves the work efficiency of construction management greatly.Finally,taking the actual project as an example,the BIM+Web collaborative platform is applied in the construction process of Zhuhai Railway Building,which proves that the platform can provide efficient support for the construction management of steel structure building.The research results of this research can be used in large-scale and complex steel structure construction projects widely,thus improving the work efficiency and construction quality. |
