Research On Field Strength Map And Radio Source Location Based On Signal Strength

Radio communication is a key technology to promote social and economic development,maintain social order and ensure national security.The rapid development of radio technology and application scale has brought great challenges to radio supervision.In order to better maintain the order of radio communication,radio supervision technology is also developing towards intelligence and visualization.The field strength distribution map of radio signal can intuitively show the signal strength distribution law of radio signal in different positions.Source location is an essential link in radio supervision.The main research content of this thesis is to draw the field strength distribution map and locate the source by using the signal strength data with geographical location information.The main work of this thesis :(1)The algorithm of drawing the field strength distribution map of radio signal is proposed.The signal strength of the location lacking data is predicted by using the method of spatial interpolation,and a complete field strength distribution map of radio signal is generated.For the time-consuming nearest neighbor grid search in the algorithm,this thesis proposes a way of pre indexing,which reduces the number of calculation of the sample grid and reduces the timeconsuming of the algorithm compared with the direct use of violence algorithm.(2)A source location method based on particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed.The algorithm uses the signal strength data with geographical location information,converts the source location problem into an optimization mathematical problem by establishing the optimization problem,takes the correlation number of actual data and prediction data as the objective function,and uses particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the optimization problem.In order to solve the problem of high time-consuming in the process of particle swarm optimization in the algorithm,this thesis uses the law that the objective function values of adjacent positions are close,and establishes a meshed objective function cache to reduce the calculation times of the objective function values,so as to reduce the overall time-consuming of the algorithm.(3)In the real urban radio environment,this thesis actually collects data with the method of mobile road test,verifies the correctness of the algorithm through experiments,compares the influence of various parameters in the algorithm on the results,and gives corresponding suggestions from the perspective of practical application.Through theoretical analysis and experimental verification in practical situations,the correctness of the field strength distribution map drawing and source location algorithm based on signal strength proposed in this thesis is verified,which provides a new method for radio supervision,and gives some suggestions for the practical application of the algorithm.
