The scientific and technological service platform is an important means to realize the transaction of scientific and technological services and improve the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements,and provide scientific and technological support for social and economic development.At present,a large number of technology service providers are registered on the science and technology service platform,and these technology service providers present different levels of service quality and differences in integrity,which brings challenges to users to recommend accurate technology services.The evaluation of scientific and technological services by traditional scientific and technological service platforms mainly relies on QoS information,and due to the problems of non-objective evaluation information and susceptibility to human factors,the evaluation results are quite different from the actual situation.How to distinguish the authenticity of QoS information,combined with the reliable massive historical data of the platform to comprehensively evaluate the services with similar functions,and choose the appropriate service for users is an urgent problem that needs to be solved by the technology service platform.In view of the above problems,this thesis proposes to use alliance chain technology to obtain reliable data information and manage and store it.We also design a trust evaluation model based on trusted QoS data to help users choose appropriate services from technology services with similar functions.The main work of this thesis is as follows:1.In the thesis,we analyze the current development of blockchain technology and the achievements of domestic and foreign scholars in applying blockchain technology to different fields.We introduce hyperledger fabric and the mainstream platform of alliance chain.To solve the problems of the evaluation of science and technology services,this thesis summarizes the existing evaluation models based on QoS at home and abroad and points out the advantages,disadvantages and current problems of various models.2.To solve the problems of low information and process transparency,serious centralization and low transaction credibility in the existing science and technology service trading platform,a trusted management strategy of science and technology service data based on alliance chain is proposed to authenticate the identity information of both parties before the transaction and the QoS information provided by the service provider,so as to provide a reliable data basis for the evaluation of science and technology services.We build a complete technology service transaction process and evaluation process.We also generate evaluation results of services through this process.In addition,we design the transaction information management contract.This thesis links the evaluated QoS result information into the chain to ensure the credibility of the data and realize the tracking and traceability of the transaction.3.To solve the problems of the accuracy of science and technology service evaluation,We propose a model of comprehensive service evaluation.The static trust model is used to evaluate the QoS of the service and solve the problem of data storage in the static trust model.Aiming at the dynamic problem,the interval number model is used to process the dynamic data.In order to make the evaluation results more accurate,the objective weight and subjective weight obtained by entropy weight method and analytic hierarchy process are combined to obtain the comprehensive weight.We use the comparison experiment with the Top-k of the original evaluation model to prove that the performance of the evaluation model proposed in this thesis is relatively high and the evaluation process is more comprehensive.
