The Research On Credibility Evaluation Based On Douyin Health-Related Short Videos

Health information has always been one of the most concerned topics.In the past,the main ways for the public to obtain health information were consulting hospital doctors and reading medical and health magazines or newspapers.Now the way for the public to obtain health information has changed.Short video provides good conditions for the dissemination of health information with its short and dynamic characteristics.The health content on the short video platform is rich,comprehensive and easy to retrieve,but at the same time,it is also full of false,exaggerated and one-sided information.The information with low credibility is easy to mislead the general public who lack professional knowledge,leading them to take wrong actions,which may endanger their health in serious cases.In the existing research on the credibility of health information,there is little research on the health information on the short video platform,and there are few operable credibility evaluation systems of health short video.Therefore,this thesis proposes an operable information credibility evaluation model based on AHP for health short video on the Douyin short video platform.Firstly,this thesis summarizes and arranges the research status of information credibility,health communication and short video communication at home and abroad.Based on the comprehensive consideration of relevant literature at home and abroad,this thesis puts forward the indicators to evaluate the credibility of health short video information,which are three first-class indicators and nine second-class indicators,constructs the credibility evaluation index system of health short video information,and designs a questionnaire.Reliability and validity tests were conducted to verify the rationality of the proposed indicators.Secondly,relevant experts in the field are invited to score each index in the model,determine the index weight through chromatographic analysis,calculate the comprehensive weight of each index with the help of analytic hierarchy process software Yaahp,and then establish the reliability calculation formula and reliability grade classification table of health short video information.In order to prove the scientific,effective and operable features of the proposed health evaluation model for short video information,two short video samples on the same health topic were selected on the Douyin platform,and the credibility of the two samples was calculated according to the evaluation model.The results show that in the evaluation of the credibility of Douyin health-related short videos,the information content in the first level index has the largest weight,the information source is the second,and the information communication characteristics is the last.Through the empirical analysis of short video samples,it is also found that although there are some differences in the credibility of the two short videos,they all belong to the scope of“credibility”,which is consistent with the actual situation,which proves the effectiveness of the proposed evaluation model.It can be seen from the research conclusion that whether the information content is authoritative and high-quality is the primary standard for users to evaluate the credibility of short videos.Strengthening the audit of information content on short video platforms and improving the quality of content production by short video publishers are the most important methods to win the trust of users.
