| With the large-scale spread of optical network construction by various communication operators and the large-scale increase of project construction volume,it has brought many challenges to project quality management.The opening efficiency and accuracy of the network are the focus of all operators,and the full-service service standard launched by China Telecom puts forward clear requirements for this.The network development department,engineering construction personnel and engineering acceptance personnel of a provincial branch of China Telecom urgently need the identification standard for the delivery of optical network engineering,and the important assessment index of optical network engineering quality is the attenuation value of light path.Therefore,let everyone have a recognition tool to collect and report data,which has become the focus of the provincial branch.In order to improve the light attenuation quality parameter data at the end of the end optical splitter in the optical network,to build a system to track the light attenuation compliance rate of the light splitter in the whole province and cities in real time,to have a fixed assessment index for the Department,and to enable the province,City,district and county to conduct index benchmarking through a unified platform,The network development department of the provincial branch led the establishment of an "end-to-end intelligent acceptance platform for optical networks(“hereinafter referred to as " intelligent acceptance platform”)within the company.The system platform is based on the responsive Bootstrap Ace framework technology,using B/S architecture and Spring MVC(Model View Controller)mode to build the system;back-end services and PC websites are developed using JAVA programming language,and Hbuilder is used to develop mobile APPs together make up the system.This paper firstly expounds the research background,purpose and significance of the system,and analyzes the current status of related research;secondly,it elaborates the basic theoretical technologies such as B/S architecture,Spring MVC mode,ORACLE database,etc.;Feasibility analysis at the technical,management,and legal levels,and detailed demand analysis for system functional modules and system nonfunctionality such as performance security;Explanation and description;then,the realization of the system functions is shown and explained,and a series of tests and analysis are carried out on the system to realize the construction of a complete optical network intelligent acceptance platform system;finally,the research content and results of this paper are analyzed Summary and Outlook.The intelligent acceptance system ensures the network quality of the enterprise.The system development mainly realizes the functions of basic information management,surrounding system interface,mobile phone on-site hanging test and so on.Each module has its own characteristics,and forms a unified whole by establishing contact,which changes the traditional collection and reporting mode,improves work efficiency and reduces the acceptance cost. |
