With today's technology and market's environment changes, the software's function more powerful, the software systems more complex. To save costs, enhance the enterprise's core competitiveness and market competitiveness, more and more enterprises choose to outsource software projects, but how to organize these outsourcing software project acceptance testing, is increasingly becoming a key issue for enterprises. User acceptance testing can be divided into two major parts:the software configuration auditing and executable program testing, however, most current business user acceptance tests are mainly focused on the executable program testing, ignore the right software configuration auditing. Experience has shown that software quality is not only reflected in the program is correct, it did in the past and starts coding system requirements analysis, design closely related. And acceptance testing program is not enough thorough, acceptance testing process supervision is not in place, without any meaningful review and analyzing defects, leading to acceptance testing of the quality can not be guaranteed, as a member of the technical support department deeply aware of this. The consequence is that the latter part of the software maintenance has no reference information to receive; the re-development has become increasingly difficult. Experience has loss with the personnel changes.In this paper, "the largest concentration of exchange system" belongs to the model to take the project development side by the General post office, the project development entrusts the second party unit (the Shanghai HuaTeng Company) to complete, and the peripheral device and the terminal belong to various provinces direct purchase structure pattern. The system development methods will inevitably need to organize terminal peripheral acceptance testing by system's consumer. Acceptance testing is the use of party's most important work. V model will be proposed by the corresponding acceptance testing and demand relationship that can be well applied to our projects.This paper refers to the largest concentration of exchange system terminal peripherals acceptance test. First introduces V model to support acceptance test. Then introduced the acceptance test goal, process, method and theory, and then unifies the RUP thought from the user angle to carry on the analysis and the research to the construction design. Finally unifies the above theoretical knowledge as well as to this system's whole understanding foundation, Implementation to this system's terminal peripheral device acceptance test. In this process, Accumulating experience of large-scale projects involved in analysis and design, and acceptance of practical experience. Summed up a set of projects in the area for the postal inspection process of software engineering practice, and steadily push forward the postal enterprises CMM levels and the maintenance of late to provide more complete information, in order to engage in similar projects success to provide valuable practical experience. Meanwhile, the overall ability of my software has upgraded.
