After the outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020,passengers are required to wear masks when traveling to reduce contact,and the traditional ticket inspection will face a huge test,The control system of the automatic ticket gate is one of the key systems to achieve fast,safe and non-contact ticket checking.This paper studies the control system of automatic ticket gate,the main contents are as follows:.Firstly,in view of the problem of high false positive rate in the commonly used infrared cross-beam method in the existing anti-tailing technology,this paper proposed to use the visual video analysis technology to judge the anti-tailing.Specifically,according to the advantages of the pedestrian segmentation algorithm Mask-RCNN based on the deep neural network in terms of accuracy brought by the extraction of multi-scale information,the anti-tailing inspection of the video of the station ticket checking channel is realized.Secondly,this paper redesigned a servo brake with GD32 chip.The motor is used to directly drive the gate instead of the traditional way of driving the gate by the motor acceleration and decelerator,which reduce the motor speed under the condition of the same torque and inertia,and increase service life while reducing noise.Furthermore,in order to improve the security level of pass inspection,a double-door structure automatic ticket gate control system is designed in this paper.Finally,The automatic ticket gate control system designed in this paper is tested and verified.The operation test of the automatic ticket gate control system in the actual environment shows that: the intelligent video anti-tailing technology has realized that the false positive rate has been reduced from 10% to 1%,and the false positive rate has been reduced from 5% to 2%.Besides,the redesigned servo brake achieves the same load,the speed is reduced from 2500 rpm to 350 rpm,and the noise is reduced from 65 d B to 30 d B.All the comparisons fully demonstrate the advantages of this research method.
