2021 is an important turning point for the rural revitalization strategy to realize the modernization of rural agriculture.The rapid development of digital media technology and the gradual improvement of rural basic information facilities make the media become the core force to promote the development of rural society,which is not only reflected in the tool of cultural communication,Moreover,as an intermediary force,its own characteristics and production logic profoundly affect the transformation of rural individual’s cognition,consumption concept,behavior mode,rural social structure,economic production mode and cultural landscape.In this paper,based on the theoretical framework for the development of communication,in order to Shenshan Village,Jinggangshan City,Jiangxi Province as the research case,from the perspective of external and internal two focus on the effects of multi media information dissemination to the rural society,induces the media,for economic and cultural life of the village god,rural governance and rural assigned to individual quality promotion,but at the same time also exist for a single main body,In view of the application practice of all-media communication in Shenshan Village,this paper proposes a targeted optimization path.Through the typical case of Shenshan Village,this paper holds that: Rural development progress and media complement each other,rural development need to adapt to the development of information age and social media development trend,and only in this way can ensure that in the process of rural revitalization,rural production structure and cultural resources,the organization construction and the human resources can communicate with the modernization of the society as a whole can be connected;In addition,the rural modernization should be established on the basis of “modernization”,by means of media to promote rural individuals to complete the “modern change” shape“modern personality”,which not only reflects the development and communication of human-centered development essence,but also highlights the socialist modernization drive the development of the thought of “people centered”.
