| As the most important asset among enterprises,talents play an important role in adjusting the structure and transformation of enterprises.As an important means of introducing and motivating talents,equity incentive has become an important strategy for the steady development of enterprises.Equity incentive can not only retain talents,but also help enterprises to solve the problem of financing difficulties,and promote the comprehensive development of enterprises.Huawei is a typical representative of using equity incentive.Its unique corporate culture and risk-sharing development mechanism promote it to become a first-class high-tech enterprise in China.Due to the change of domestic market environment and the complexity of market mechanism,the effect of equity incentive is also different.Exploring the implementation effect of Huawei equity incentive can provide some reference for other enterprises to implement equity incentive.This paper uses the case analysis method and comparative analysis method,selects Huawei as the research object,focuses on the implementation effect of TUP equity incentive,and discusses the impact of Huawei equity incentive on the development of the company.First,on the basis of introducing the research background and drawing the research results of domestic and foreign scholars,the innovation points of this paper are expounded.Secondly,under the guidance of equity incentive theory,principal-agency theory,human capital theory and two-factor theory,the process and motivation of Huawei equity incentive are analyzed.Moreover,in the study of the implementation effect of Huawei equity incentive,horizontal and vertical analysis methods are adopted,and financial indicators and non-financial indicators are selected to compare and analyze the data before and after the implementation of TUP equity incentive to study the implementation effect of Huawei equity incentive.In terms of horizontal analysis,this paper selects i Flytek,also a high-tech enterprise,as the case comparison object to analyze the implementation effect of Huawei and IFlytek in the same time period to explain the success of Huawei equity incentive system.Finally,and finally some suggestions can be put forward for reference,hoping to provide experience for other domestic enterprises to formulate and implement equity incentive. |
