| Social development is changing with each passing day,and the public’s acceptance of sexual minorities is getting higher and higher. Then, under this trend, people’s understanding of sexual minorities is limited by stereotypes, and the stereotypes of sexual minorities are not decreasing but increasing.Minority groups are more likely to be disciplined and stigmatized in China’s social environment, which is not conducive to the realization of gender equality and beyond discipline. At present, there are few studies on sexual minorities from the perspective of discourse discipline, and most of them focus on spatial regions, queerness, and semiotics. Therefore, this study is innovative and socially meaningful at the theoretical level. At the same time, this study takes the Legal Daily as an example, through content analysis and in-depth interviews, from the official perspective of the Legal Daily to examine the discourse discipline implicit in official media reports on sexual minorities and the representation of sexual minorities. It is of great practical significance to further explore the impact on sexual minorities and non-sexual minorities, and to make suggestions for future reports of sexual minorities from the perspective of transcending discipline. |
