| With the rapid development of science and technology,in the convergence media age,audiences have higher and higher requirements for video works.As an artistic form that pays attention to reality and reflects life,the creation of documentaries about social reality also faces more challenges.In recent years,the number of documentaries about social reality has been increasing gradually,but the film and television industry has not paid much attention to this kind of documentaries:there is a disconnect between the creation of documentaries and practical theory,and documentaries about social reality need to be changed urgently.The creator-centered era is fading,while the audience-centered documentaries can be accepted by the public.Therefore,as a documentary about social reality that highlights the spirit of the era,reflects focused social issues,and gives more humanistic care to the bottom group,its creators should also update their creative concepts,respond to the call of the era,enhance awareness of the era,dig deeper into social problems,and make better use of art to appeal for the public,and promote the prosperity and development of documentaries about social reality.This paper is divided into five parts.The introduction part introduces the research background,research status and research significance of the dissertation,and emphatically explains the importance of using reception aesthetics as the theoretical basis of this paper.The second part gives literature review to the social reality documentary,and sorts out the development of the social reality documentary.The third part discusses the propagation of documentaries about social reality from the perspective of receptional aesthetics.This paper analyzes the image propagation of documentaries about social reality from the aspects of audience psychology and image representation,and determines the value of propagation of this type of documentaries according to the propagation characteristics of documentaries about social reality.The fourth part analyzes the value of propagation of social reality documentaries in details according to Yaosi’s vision of expectation,and systematically discusses the practical significance of social reality documentaries under the theory of receptional aesthetics from three aspects: artistic aesthetics,social value and cultural value.In the last part,by exploring the problems of the propagation of social reality documentaries,it leads to thinking,and finally puts forward some useful opinions for the propagation of social reality documentaries.This paper intends to analyze the communication characteristics,narrative methods and other specific techniques of social reality documentaries through the practical research of the documentary "Shared Kitchen" and the theoretical research of reception aesthetics theory,and explore the value of realistic communication of social reality documentaries.In addition,through relevant discussions and thinking,this dissertation puts forward some useful suggestions for the communication strategy of future social reality documentaries. |
