The research of TV audience has a great practical value, whose result can help elaborate and get to know audience's watching habit and inclination. Therefore, such research has a long history, and among the researches in relevant fields both home and abroad, that of the acceptance of TV audience is always a hot spot. From the three stages regarding the definition of subject in communication, to the elaboration of the subject construction process in sociology field, the TV audience extends to every field, and builds a system covering all fields. However, as the vague definition of the"subject", among the research results about the TV audience, the object, in the subject status, keeps vague and even is ignored consciously or unconsciously. Thus, a serious of research results is achieved on the base of vagueness.This thesis, basing on the definition of"subject", starts from the analysis of the research result of communication and sociology, trying to definite on the premise of the research, so as to define the"subject"status of TV audience, and follows with the objective analysis of the"subject", to find the existing numerous factors in the construct, to know the progress of interaction among those factors, to try to summarize its whole process, and to reach a conclusion of the characteristic combined with the feature of TV culture. The key point of the thesis is to define and systemize the boundary of the concept of"subject"in the TV culture communication, and on its base to conclude a serious of concrete component elements and characteristics.
