Research On The High-tech Enterprise’s Market Value Management Of Wingtech Based On The Perspective Of M&A

Since China’s deepening of reform and opening up,the scale and number of high-tech companies have grown rapidly,and they have played a vital role in the entire national economic system.Among them,the market value management of high-tech companies is a topic that has to be discussed.Mergers and acquisitions are regarded as an important market value management method to support the development of the economy,and they are also playing a more and more important role in the economy.But at this time,there are many problems in the market value management of high-tech enterprises in my country based on mergers and acquisitions.The market value management of mergers and acquisitions needs correct guidance and regulation.This article takes Wingtech’s merger-style market value management as the main analysis object,starting from the literature research and theory of mergers and acquisitions and market value management,and combining the development status and existing problems of high-tech enterprise market value management based on mergers and acquisitions.The background,process and integration results of Nexperia will explore how Wingtech can avoid false market value management through active motivations,stakeholder recognition,effective activities and a good environment.Then,the Event Study,factor analysis method,EVA and Q method are used to evaluate the market value management effect of Wingtech Technology in the short-term and medium-and long-term.At the same time,the market value management through mergers and acquisitions may bring about high goodwill impairment and the risk of lower than expected performance.Finally,it is concluded that the market value management based on mergers and acquisitions can improve the intrinsic value and performance level of high-tech enterprises.However,the potential risks in mergers and acquisitions will also have a negative impact,so we should carefully choose an M&A strategy suitable for the market value management of high-tech companies.
