Abstract/Summary:
Dynamic high pressure sensors are widely used in national defense,military,petrochemical and other fields.In order to ensure measurement accuracy,the sensors need to be dynamically calibrated.The current manual calibration device has the disadvantages of low efficiency and poor accuracy.it is urgent to improve the automation of the device through an electronic control system.In this thesis,physical modeling of the dynamic pressure calibration device for falling weight impact has been carried out,and the corresponding relationship between the components of the calibration device and the dynamic pressure amplitude and pulse width have been determined.The automatic detection device for the height of the falling weight has solved the problem of different initial heights in different environments.The calibration device control system has been established with ARM as the core.Tasks have been divided according to the different functions of the control system,and theμC/OS-Ⅲ operating system has been used to manage different tasks to realize functions.The software design of the host computer has been carried out to realize the wireless communication between the computer and the calibration device.After the design is completed,the device can generate a half-sine pressure with an amplitude of 0~500MPa,and the lifting weight can reach 15 kg.The lifting range of the falling weight is 0~1.3m,and the height positioning error is less than 1mm.Experimenters can touch the screen or connect to Wi Fi to control the calibration system.This thesis have realized the automatic control of the calibration device,improved the dynamic calibration efficiency of the high-pressure sensor,and lays a solid foundation for the realization of an automatic and low-cost drop hammer impact dynamic pressure calibration system.
