| With the progress of the times and the development of education,the new round of basic education curriculum reform continues to advance,and the concepts of students’ core literacy and people-oriented are deeply rooted in people’s hearts.However,under the traditional class teaching system,the unified teaching content,course progress and evaluation standard obviously cannot meet the new curriculum reform.In order to meet the actual needs of students and realize the personalized development of students on the basis of respecting individual differences,many schools have begun to explore the hierarchical and mobile class teaching mode that practices the concept of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude.On the basis of expounding the connotation and spiritual essence of hierarchical and mobile class teaching,this paper introduces the theory of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and the theory of multiple intelligence to guide the research on the implementation of hierarchical and mobile class teaching reform in S Middle School,R City,Zhejiang Province.Through the tracking and statistical analysis of the students’ mathematical achievements in the experimental class,and the distribution of satisfaction questionnaires to the students,supplemented by interviews with teachers and students and the school management,this paper fully understands the achievements and problems of S Middle School under this teaching mode,and provides a factual basis for the proposal of countermeasures.The research has found that after the hierarchical and mobile class teaching in S Middle School,the students’ achievements in stratified disciplines have improved to a certain extent,most students’ learning habits have improved,and teachers’ teaching and research capabilities have enhanced.But at the same time,there are also some problems,such as the increasing difficulty in teaching management,the psychological impact of some students,the increasing pressure on teachers,and the insufficient support of some parents.Finally,in view of the shortcomings of the hierarchical and mobile class teaching in S Middle School,the research proposes that the education administration should actively lead the implementation of this teaching mode,and the school should develop a more reasonable hierarchical mechanism,improve teachers’ teaching ability in this mode,create a matching management and evaluation mechanism to ensure the smooth implementation of the hierarchical and mobile class teaching,which can not only provide reference for the teaching reform of similar schools,but also have a positive significance in promoting quality education,developing students’ core literacy and cultivating high-quality talents in the new era. |
