| Encouraging schools to run with characteristics and improve the quality of education and teaching is the core task of China’s education modernization development.Due to the remote location and limited economic conditions of rural schools,it is imperative to attempt to develop a campus culture with local characteristics and to create a unique campus culture.In this study,a representative rural elementary school is selected for case studies to provide experience to other rural elementary schools in order to build a distinctive campus culture,so as to better promote the development of distinctive campus culture in rural elementary school.This study consists of four main parts,the first part is the introduction part.It includes research background,literature review,concept definition,theoretical foundation,and research design.The second part is a survey on the current situation of building campus culture with characteristics in Y elementary school.The questionnaire survey was conducted through four dimensions: campus spiritual culture building,campus institutional culture building,campus material culture building,and campus behavioral culture building.The results of the current situation of building each dimension showed that the mean value of building the characteristic campus culture of Y elementary school was 4.52 on the whole,and the building effect was outstanding and successful.The third part is the judgment on the creation of the characteristic campus culture of Y Primary School.It is divided into two sections: achievement experience and problem analysis.On the one hand,the achievements include insisting on the construction and development of Tao Xingzhi’s ideological culture,forming a characteristic campus culture development system from point to point,and summarizing the experience of the four dimensions of campus spiritual culture,campus institutional culture,campus material culture,and campus behavioral culture: First,the campus spiritual culture,the recognition of school philosophy,and the promotion of internal motivation mechanism.The first is the campus spiritual culture,the recognition of the philosophy of school operation,and the promotion of the internal motivation.Secondly,in terms of campus material culture,the campus environment and art are brought to life,and the theme leads to promote harmony and unity.Third,the institutional culture of the campus,the "Mr.Small System" shows individuality and promotes students’ independent development.Fourthly,in terms of campus behavior culture,teachers’ educational behaviors are diversified to capture every shining point.On the other hand,the problems are mainly in the construction of campus institutional culture,where the management system needs to be improved and the evaluation system needs to be perfected,the construction of campus behavioral culture,where the participation in campus activities is insufficient,and other aspects of integration and development in the context of rural revitalization and high-quality education.The fourth part is the inspiration for the creation of the characteristic campus culture of Y Primary School.It is divided into two sections,namely,insights for promotion and suggestions for improvement.In the aspect of promotion inspiration,one,in the organizational culture,Y Primary School gives full play to the organizational leadership role of the principal.Secondly,in the construction of campus spiritual culture,we should rationalize the inheritance and innovation,and point to the cultivation of core literacy;thirdly,in the construction of campus institutional culture,we should do a good job of top-level design and follow the principle of wholeness;fourthly,in the construction of campus material culture,we should present more of the three carriers,and the key is to reach the eyes and heart;fifthly,in the construction of campus behavioral culture,we should equalize the relationship between teachers and students,and enhance the subjectivity of teachers and students.On the other hand,we suggest improving the management system by implementing the "people-oriented" management concept,improving the evaluation system by multi-reward evaluation,increasing individual experience,gaining a sense of achievement,enriching the form of activities,and increasing participation in activities by embracing the countryside,combining with science and technology,and leading new development in the Under the implementation of the "double reduction" policy,we promote quality education. |
