Abstract/Summary:
"Education comes first in the centennial plan.Teachers are the foundation of education plan".The development of teachers is related to the progress of China’s education.Among the teachers in China,rural teachers have always occupied a large proportion.The development of rural teachers has always been the top priority in the process of China’s education reform.With the continuous advancement of basic education reform,the cooperation between teachers has attracted more and more attention,and there are more and more studies on teacher cooperation culture.The construction of teacher cooperation culture plays an important role in promoting the professional development of rural teachers,creating a good school cultural atmosphere and promoting the all-round development of students.At present,there is no lack of research on Teachers’ Cooperative Culture at home and abroad,but less attention is paid to the construction of cooperative culture of rural primary school teachers.This study attempts to explore this aspect.This study adopts qualitative research methods as a whole.Taking H rural primary school as an example,using field observation,interview and other research methods,from the two dimensions of teachers’ internal performance and system and behavior,the author deeply and carefully describes the current situation of rural primary school teachers’ cooperative culture,as well as the hidden causes and influencing factors.The study found that rural primary school teachers gradually realized the importance of cooperation between teachers,had a certain sense of cooperation,and carried out relevant cooperation activities.However,there are some problems in the process of constructing Teachers’ Cooperative Culture: teachers are busy,their sense of cooperation is not strong,and their motivation for cooperation is insufficient;teachers’ cooperation lacks effective guidance,and most cooperation is a mere formality;at the same time,there is a lack of communication between teachers of different disciplines.Combined with the field investigation of H rural primary school,the author finds that the factors affecting the construction of rural primary school Teachers’ Cooperative Culture are influenced by rural traditional culture,and rural teachers have developed a relatively closed cultural mentality;imperfect management and evaluation system and loose school cultural atmosphere are not conducive to the construction of teacher cooperation culture.Based on the above analysis,the author puts forward some suggestions on the construction of rural primary school teachers’ cooperative culture.We must take the concept as the core and update the concept of rural teachers’ cooperation;provide institutional guarantee and build diversified cooperation platforms;optimize the way of cooperation and build a professional community of teachers’ cooperation;create a good atmosphere and create a cooperative teacher cultural environment;form a dynamic mechanism and change the way of teachers’ cooperative evaluation.Only in this way can we arouse the cooperation power of rural teachers,improve the professional quality of rural teachers,promote the benign development of teacher cooperation,and plug in the wings of taking off for the improvement of the quality of rural education.
