| The implementation of compulsory education aims to help every child learn and grow rapidly.In order to effectively do a good job in education that satisfies the people and accelerate the achievement of the goal of educational modernization,it is necessary to base ourselves on the basic principle of "balanced development of nine-year compulsory education and comprehensive development of students".In view of the rise of cultural cram schools in society,the burden on students at the stage of compulsory education has been infinitely increased.In July 2021,the State Council issued the "Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Homework and Offcampus Training for Students in Compulsory Education" to alleviate the learning pressure of students in compulsory education and promote their all-round development.In this changing situation,it is necessary to study the learning adaptability of newly enrolled primary school students in the compulsory education stage in order to better adapt to the new changes and promote the overall development of students.This study takes freshmen from Shanxi S School as the research object.Based on the relevant content of cognitive development stage theory,early childhood connection fault theory,and ecosystem theory,using multiple methods such as questionnaires and interviews,it starts from five perspectives: learning attitude,learning habits,family environment,school environment,independence,and perseverance,After deeply exploring the actual situation of first-year students in this school in terms of learning adaptability,it is proposed that there are specific problems and shortcomings in learning adaptability,such as learning attitudes and habits that have not been well established,family and school environments that still depend on continuous optimization and improvement,and the serious lack of independence and perseverance demonstrated by students themselves.On this basis,this article analyzes the existing problems through combining relevant theoretical knowledge,and believes that targeted improvements should be made from the aspects of early childhood transition preparation,family and school environment construction,teachers,and students themselves.Only through multiple collaborative efforts can first-year students truly achieve the goal of helping them adapt to the new environment and new learning requirements faster,enabling them to grow happily in primary school learning.By carrying out this research work,on the one hand,it can facilitate relevant demanders to better carry out the management work of the first grade of primary school,on the other hand,it can also play a supportive role for teachers and parents to collaborate to help students adapt to the learning of the first grade more quickly,making the guidance and assistance of teachers and parents more targeted and scientific.In addition,it can also promote the enrichment and innovation of research results in this field,providing necessary reference and guidance for the expansion of research depth of other relevant subjects. |
