A Study On The Relationship Between Kindergarten Teachers' Psychological Resilience And Job Burnou

Kindergarten teachers psychological flexibility as a good psychological ability,to a certain extent,improve the resilience of preschool teachers,improve kindergarten teachers’ mental health will effectively reduce the probability of job burnout,the kindergarten teachers and the vigorous development of preschool education career is of great significance.This study investigated the status of and the relationship between resilience and burnout in 466 kindergarten teachers using literature,questionnaire survey and interview methods.The specific results of this survey are as follows:(1)the total level of psychological resilience of kindergarten teachers is above the middle level,and the development level of all dimensions is unbalanced;the psychological resilience level of kindergarten teachers is significantly different in the demographic variables of kindergarten nature,teaching age and area.(2)The total level of job burnout of kindergarten teachers is at the lower middle level,and the development among all dimensions is unbalanced;the job burnout level of kindergarten teachers is significantly different in their age,teaching age,educational background,the nature of the kindergarten teachers and the demographic variables of the area.(3)There is a significant negative correlation between the psychological resilience of kindergarten teachers and job burnout,and the psychological resilience level of kindergarten teachers can predict 20.7% of their job burnout.Based on this,in order to improve and enhance the psychological flexibility level of kindergarten teachers and alleviate the job burnout level of kindergarten teachers,this study puts forward some targeted suggestions from different types of kindergarten teachers,kindergartens and the government.
