Research On The Effect Of Short-term Precision Training On Improving The Bottom Line Shooting Technique Training Of The Chinese Women's Handball Tea

The shooting technique is the core link of the handball player’s attack score and the key technique of winning the game.The position of the bottom line is the central position of the team at both ends of the attack and defense.The level of the technical level of the bottom line shooting is self-evident to the importance of the game results.At present,the research on handball shooting technology is mostly based on a certain match or a few matches,and a few researches are carried out with the help of scientific instruments.Among them,the content related to baseline shooting technology is only briefly mentioned within its scope,and the special research on baseline shooting technology is even less.Therefore,this paper focuses on the section of "baseline shooting technique",focuses on the training process,takes "short cycle precision training" as the perspective,to explore the effect of Chinese women’s handball team’s baseline position shooting technique training.Taking the baseline shooting technique of Chinese women’s handball team as the research object,this paper adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,case analysis and video observation to clarify the theoretical connotation,training characteristics and theme of "short-cycle precision training".To clarify the training target of Chinese women’s handball team’s baseline shooting technique;To formulate and implement the short-cycle accurate training plan for baseline shooting technique of Chinese women’s Handball team;To evaluate and analyze the effect of Chinese women Handball team’s baseline shooting technique training.The results are as follows: first,the short-cycle precision training mainly reflects the idea of "promoting precision with precision,and bringing surface with point";Second,the goal setting of baseline shooting technique training of Chinese women’s handball team mainly adopts the "goal grading principle" to set three-level training goals.Third,the training program of baseline shooting technique of China Women’s Handball team mainly includes the links of "athlete status diagnosis","training goal setting","training cycle division","training activity organization and implementation" and "training process inspection and evaluation".Fourth,the implementation of the baseline shooting technique training of Chinese women’s handball team mainly includes the implementation of tasks,methods and methods,and the implementation of the training content.Fifth,the evaluation of Chinese women’s handball team’s baseline shooting technique training focuses on the technical shortcomings;Sixth,in terms of the number of baseline shots,the score of baseline shots,the percentage of baseline shots,the error of baseline shots,the Angle of baseline shots and the comprehensive evaluation of the coaches of Chinese women’s handball,it is believed that the baseline shooting technique has been significantly improved,and the short-cycle accurate baseline shooting technique training has basically achieved the expected effect.
