| Objective: This study aims to test the effect of the experimental intervention of the interval training method on the physical health test.Methods:(1)This study uses the literature method to conduct in-depth study of the relevant concepts of intermittent training and physical health,and summarises the mechanism and experimental methods of intermittent training,and the importance and necessity of improving physical health.(2)According to the summary of the literature and the collation and excerpts of relevant books,12 training movements and two sets of training plans,such as Bobby jumping,in-situ leg lifting,opening and closing jumping,were formulated in combination with the physical condition of high school students(boys).Implement 12-week(2 times/week)training intervention for high school boys.(3)After the experiment,the experimental group and the control group students were tested for physical health,and the experimental data such as height,weight,BMI,lung capacity,1000-metre running,50-metre running,pull-up,sitting forward bending,standing long jump and final physical health test scores were collected and sorted out.(4)Using the mathematical statistics method,SPSS25.0 was used to process the data of the experimental test,and the independent sample T test and the paired sample T test were used to statistically analyse the test results before and after the experiment to verify the effect of intermittent training on the physical health test results of male high school students.Results:(1)After the intervention of the interval training experiment,the difference between the weight index control group before and after the experiment was very significant(P<0.01),and there was an obvious growth phenomenon,while there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the two groups before and after the experiment(P>0.05).The BMI index experimental group and the control group showed significant differences before and after the experiment,and there was no significant difference between the two groups.(2)After the intervention of the interval training experiment,the experimental group of lung capacity index showed a very significant difference,and the control group showed a significant difference(P<0.05).There is a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group.(3)After the intervention of the interval training experiment,the three indicators of 50 metres,standing long jump and 1000 metres in the experimental group showed significant differences before and after the experiment,and there was no significant difference between the sitting body forward bending and pulling up.The difference between the vertical jump and the 1000-metre index is very significant in the control group,and there is a significant difference in the 50-metre index,and there is no significant difference between the sitting body forward bending and the pull-up index.The 50-metre index and vertical long jump index experimental group between the two groups and the control group were better than the control group and showed a very significant difference,while the 1000-metre index experimental group was better than the control group.There was no significant difference between the two indicators of sitting body forward bending and pulling up,but the test score control group was better than the experimental group.(4)After passing the 12-week interval training experiment,the control group increased from a total score of 74.28±3.83 to 74.81±3.60 in the pre-experimental physical health test,with a growth rate of 0.72%.The total score of the pre-experimental health test in the experimental group increased from 73.26±4.74 to 76.00±4.20,with a growth rate of3.84%.The improvement of the total score of the experimental group is higher than that of the control group.Conclusions: The 12-week interval training designed in this study can improve the total physical fitness test scores of high school boys.The improvement of BMI,50 meter running,1000 meter running,vital capacity and standing long jump is significant.Interval training can reduce fat,improve the energy supply of long-term and high-intensity exercise and improve the body’s lactic acid tolerance.It can better improve the speed quality,endurance quality,explosive quality and physical function indicators.Interval training can be added in the future physical education class,so as to improve the physical health test results of high school boys more efficiently. |
