The movement ability of athletes in tennis is an important factor affecting the success of the game,so the movement ability should be the focus of training in daily training.There are many factors that affect the ability to move.Strength and speed are the key.In training,we should pay attention to the development of these two qualities of athletes.Post-activation potentiation(PAP)refers to the improvement of subsequent exercise performance after high-load resistance training stimulation,mainly the improvement of skeletal muscle contraction ability.Objective : 16 athletes from Tianjin Tennis Center were selected as experimental subjects.Spider running and PRO sensitive running were selected as experimental test items.The squat was selected as the induction method.The purpose was to study the effect of post-activation enhancement effect caused by different intensity squat stimulation on the movement ability of athletes at different time points,and to provide new ideas for the training or competition of tennis players by referring to the causes of different results caused by surface integral electromyography.Research methods : literature data method,expert interview method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method.Results : The best time point for PRO running was 8 minutes after 90 % 1RM squat load stimulation.The best time point for the spider to run the best score was 12 minutes after the 90 % 1RM squat load stimulation.Research methods : literature data method,expert interview method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method.The main conclusions are as follows :(1)During squat activation,the integral EMG values of lower limb muscles were in the order of vastus medialis > gluteus maximus > vastus lateralis > rectus femoris > biceps femoris.Among them,the integral EMG value of the vastus medialis muscle was 0.276 ± 0.196;the integral EMG values of gluteus maximus and vastus lateralis were 0.163 ± 0.141 and 0.155 ±0.123,respectively.The integral EMG value of rectus femoris was 0.149 ± 0.115.The integrated EMG value of hamstring muscle was 0.128 ± 0.101.(2)The PRO test results of the experimental group after 70 % 1RM squat stimulation were significantly improved at 8 minutes and 12 minutes,and there was no significant change in the control group.The PRO test results of the experimental group after 80 % 1RM squat stimulation were significantly improved at the fourth and eighth minutes;there was no significant change in the control group.The PRO test results of the experimental group after 90 % 1RM squat stimulation were significantly improved at the 8th minute,and there was no significant change in the control group.(3)The experimental group 70 % 1RM squat stimulation after the spider running results in the first 8 minutes to enhance the effect is more obvious;there was no significant change in the control group.In the experimental group,the results of spider running after80 % 1RM squat stimulation were significantly improved at 12 minutes.There was no significant change in the control group.In the experimental group,the results of spider running after 90 % 1RM squat stimulation were significantly improved at the12 th minute.There was no significant change in the control group.(4)For the test project of PRO sensitive running,which accounts for a large proportion of fast moving explosive power,the best time point is the 8th minute after 90 % 1RM squat load stimulation.There was no significant change in the control group;for spider running,which involves both ATP-CP energy supply and glycolysis energy supply,the best performance time point is the 12 th minute after 90 % 1RM squat load stimulation.There was no significant change in the control group.The post-activation enhancement effect caused by heavy load resistance training is of great help to the improvement of tennis players ’ mobility.It should be combined with the daily training of tennis players to improve the mobility of tennis players more efficiently and improve the sports performance of tennis players.
