The effect of post-activation enhancement refers to the conditional expansion of muscles under a certain stimulus,through the sharp excitement of the neuromuscular system to improve the short-term explosive force.The enhancement effect after activation is a phenomenon caused by muscle contraction experience(memory),which increases muscle movement ability.By studying the theory of "enhanced effect after activation ",in order to better improve the explosive power of athletes,many coaches combine resistance training with super-equal training to create a widely used "compound training method ".However,this training method is not widely used in sprint training.In this paper,the effect of the enhanced effect on the short-term performance of sprint athletes after the activation of heavy-duty squat is studied.Through the methods of literature,experiment and expert interview,the following conclusions are drawn:1 The weight-bearing RM squat training,70% RM weight-bearing squat training and 80% weight-bearing squat training are beneficial to promote the sprinter’s immediate 100 m score,recovery 10 seconds after 100 m score and recovery 20 seconds after 100 m score significantly improved.2 70%1 RM Weight-bearing squat training has a more significant effect on the stimulation of the post-activation enhancement effect of sprinters,and the low intensity training load is insufficient to stimulate the post-activation enhancement effect,while the excessive intensity training load will be caused by the athletes’ own exercise fatigue,thus inhibiting the excitation of the post-activation enhancement effect.After 10 seconds of recovery,the enhancement effect of weight-bearing squat activation was more significant for 100 m exercise performance.The result of training instant test was increased fatigue,which resulted in the decrease of the enhancement effect force after weight-bearing squat activation.Middle and high intensity weight-bearing squat exercises are to promote muscle contraction through external training stimulation,thus increasing the contribution rate of fast muscle fiber and promoting the explosive power of lower limb muscles of sprinters.And then promote a short period of time 100 meters of sports performance significantly improved.
