At present,the special strength training has been more and more coaches and academics experts attention.Specialized strength training can effectively transform the strength of training into special motor skills,which is a kind of training method with high conversion efficiency.Badminton on the ground to rely on constant post moves to beat badminton a collective energy,technical warfare can be one of the sports,the level of special strength will directly affect the level of athletic ability of badminton athletes,and the level of competitive ability and Sports performance has a direct relationship.In order to explore the application of special strength training in the training of teenage badminton athletes,this paper chooses the special strength training program and the special force of lower limb for young people's badminton athletes through the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaires and experimental methods Training program,and then use the video analysis and muscle strength test methods such as young people badminton athletes special strength level,after testing,draw the following conclusions:1,according to the questionnaire survey,selected teenage badminton athletes upper limb special strength training methods are: dumbbell swing,grip dumbbells to do wrist character,wrist adduction and abduction,finger joint grasp practice,fast push practice,arm weight Swing arm,double jumper rope,fast play squash racket,small load barbell bench press,oblique push barbell.2,according to the questionnaire survey,select the young badminton athletes lower limb special strength training methods are: bow and arrow cross jump,before and after the step and step,the knee bent around the pedal,bows and steps from the pedal,back pedal,,Feet after the ball throw,single leg jump,barbell heel.3,The main test method of upper limbs special strength training is to use high-speed video camera to kill the ball,and then analyze the special forces of the upper limbs by using the American Aier Biomechanics analysis system.The lower limbs special strength training is mainly using ISOMED isokinetic strength tester lower limbs Special forces and other related indicators for testing.4,in accordance with the special strength of the upper limb training,the teenage badminton athletes of the upper limb special strength has been improved,mainly in the speed of killing the ball.in accordance with the special strength of the lower limbs training,the young athlete's lower limb special forces have been effectively improved,mainly in the specific strength test.
