| In recent years,China’s competitive aerobics has won many remarkable achievements on the world stage. One bronze medal in the team event, two gold medals and two silver medals in the three-person event, and four gold medals and one silver medal in the five-person event.Since then, the five-man and three-man gymnastics have become the dominant events for China to win the championship, and the difficulty and completion scores of these two events in China are in the high position in the world competition, only the artistic score is slightly lower than the world power. As one of the features of the collective event, the lift is an effective way to improve the artistry of the set through its characteristics, unique style, clever variations and expression of movements, including the topping of the lift, the aerial posture, clever variations of movements, the tacit understanding and the bottoming, each link of the movement arrangement and presentation is closely related to the final artistic score of the set,so broadening the ideas of the creation of the lift plays a vital role in improving the artistry of the collective event set. This paper therefore uses the literature method, the use of the "bibliography",and the use of the "bibliography".Therefore, this paper uses literature, video observation, comparative analysis, mathematical statistics and expert interviews to analyse the 2017-2020 edition of the FIG Rules for Competitive Aerobics, the top eight group event lifts from the 16 th World Championships and the 2022-2024 edition of the FIG Rules for Competitive Aerobics. The relationship between the creation of the collective event and the artistry of the set under the FIG rules;the influence of quantitative scoring factors on the creation of the set under the 2017 edition of the rules and its development trend;and the important role of peer collaboration in improving the artistry of the set in the 2022 edition of the rules. The study provides a theoretical basis for the Chinese aerobics team to effectively improve the artistic performance of the set through creative and unique choreography of peer collaboration in future international competitions. The results of the study show that1.Unique lifting movement creation is an effective way to improve the artistry of the set According to the analysis of the top eight teams in the collective event at the 16 th World Championships, there were only five teams that did not score a perfect score for their lifts. The study shows that a perfect score for the lift is a guarantee for the artistic quality of the set,but the score for the lift alone is not enough to make a difference with the other teams in the artistic score of the set,and on the premise of a high score for the lift, the clever changes in the lift and the uniqueness and artistic characteristics of the creation are more important and contribute to the artistic quality of the set.2.Lack of innovative elements in the choreography of the upper and lower movements of the lift In the analysis of the collective events of the 16 th World Championships, the top eight teams were mostly completed with simple and easy to do movements in the top of the lift, and lacked visibility and variety in their choreography. At the same time, the top eight teams mostly used skillful movements in the bottom of the lift, but very few of them innovated on the basis of the prototypes of the skillful movements, seemingly aiming to score points in the bottom of the lift and ignoring its uniqueness.3.The choreography of the aerial posture of the lift is the main means to improve the overall artistry In the 16 th World Championships, the Hungarian team was the most prominent in the collective weightlifting choreography, both in terms of the versatility of the aerial posture and the complexity of the multi-axis changes in the body in space, which is worth learning from China. The top three teams in each of the collective events have their own characteristics in their choice of aerial stance or spatial variations, but China is relatively simplistic in the choreography of the lift.4.The lift presents cross-space changes and a variety of body axis changes with more artistic characteristics Analysing the statistical data on the spatial and body axis variations of the top eight holds in the collective event of the 16 th World Championships, the data shows that the top three teams in the collective artistic score are characterised by spatial transitions with cross-spatial level variations and effective combination of different body axis variations, which fully comply with the requirements of the rules for both the main content and artistic scoring criteria. It can play a great role in enriching the content and enhancing the artistry of the lift.5.The quantitative scoring factors in the FIG 2017 edition of the rules are likely to affect the innovation of the creation of a hold-up movement According to the results of statistical analysis and interviews with experts, there is a consensus that in the 2017-2020 cycle of domestic and international competitions, the scores of the hold-up movements alone hardly affect the final results, and teams can basically get full marks. The lack of creativity in the lifts shown in the domestic competition was even more evident, with many of the same, similar repetitive movements, which had an impact on the final artistic score of the set. |
