Research On The Construction Of Safety Risk Assessment Index System For Large-scale Mass Sports Events In My Countr

The 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to carry out nationwide fitness activities extensively,promote the all-round development of mass and competitive sports,and speed up the building of a sports country.Mass sports as an important content,the development of mass sports can not be separated from high quality mass sports events,mass sports events can not be separated from the perfect safety risk evaluation index system.Therefore,this paper uses literature data method,Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process,mathematical statistics and other methods to construct the safety risk assessment index system of large mass sports events in China,and carries out an empirical study,and puts forward management suggestions.Firstly,based on the summary of large number of documents in the field,this paper preliminarily formulates the primary evaluation index system of safety risks of mass sports events,and invites 10 experts to determine safety risk factors of mass sports events through the Delphi method.Secondly,AHP software is used to calculate the weight coefficient of each level of index factors and to sort.Finally,the feasibility of the evaluation index system is verified through the concrete case,and the risk management theory is used to explore the management suggestion of the large-scale sports event security risk,for our large-scale sports event security risk management field add a color.According to the study:(1)After two rounds of Delphi expert inquiry questionnaire to screen and modify the primary evaluation indicators,finally formed a large mass sports event safety risk assessment index system including 6 first-level indicators,18 second-level indicators,55 third-level indicators.(2)The index model of safety risk evaluation of large-scale sports events is constructed by AHP and the weight of each index is calculated.Among them,the largest weight vector of first index is Personnel risk(0.4138),Disaster risk(0.2339),Management risk(0.1234),Information risk(0.1141),Political risk(0.0700),and Equipment risk(0.0428)from high to low.(3)Through the demonstration of "Love Concentric Cup" Binzhou 14 th Dance Sports Championship,it is found that the effectiveness and feasibility of the safety risk assessment index body of Chinese large-scale mass sports events can be used to evaluate the safety risk of Chinese large-scale mass sports events.(4)Security risks of large-scale mass sports events are characterized by objective existence,universality,concealment and contingency,which makes the management of security risks of sports events more special.Therefore,risk management strategies should be established and scientific and reasonable countermeasures should be selected to minimize the loss and harm caused by risks.General risk response includes risk avoidance,risk transfer,risk mitigation,risk retention and other coping mechanisms,and different coping methods are adopted according to different types of risks.
