Research On The Construction Of Risk Index System For The Organization And Management Of Mass Outdoor Sports Events

Under the background of the cancellation approval of national strategies as well as national strategies and business and mass sports events,my country’s mass sports activities and events have been widely launched nationwide,and mass outdoor sports events have been booming.The number of players is also increasing rapidly.At the same time,the organizational management risks of the event are also increasing.Due to the inadequate understanding of the participants and the design of the track logo,various risk events have occurred from time to time,which seriously affects the normal holding of the event.How to understand risks,avoid risks,or minimize risks caused by risks in the organizational process of the event is currently the primary problem of mass outdoor sports organizations in my country.This study takes the various risks in the management of mass outdoor sports events as the research object,evaluate and analyze the management risk factors of mass outdoor sports events,and build a management risk assessment system for mass outdoor sports events.First of all,the use of literature materials and expert interview methods to initially build a primary indicator of the management risk assessment of mass outdoor sports events;second,the use of Delphi method to build a mass outdoor sports event organization management risk assessment indicator through the two-round expert survey questionnaire.The hierarchical structural model;next,use the layer analysis method to calculate the weight of the index system constructed;finally,select the "Belt and Road" Shaanxi 2021 Hanzhong International Iron Man’s three competition analysis and research to verify the feasibility of the indicator system.It lays the foundation for discussion,but also provides a reference for improving the quality of mass outdoor sports events.Concluded as follow:(1)Risk index system for the organization and management of mass outdoor sports events: 4 first-level risks,including risks in the event initiation stage,event preparation stage,event holding stage,and event closing stage risk.There are 15 secondary risks,including completeness of basic conditions for hosting the competition,capital risk,political and cultural environment risk,staff risk,participant risk,schedule risk,venue and technical equipment risk,natural environment risk,material support risk,traffic support risk,information risk,personnel safety risk,social environment risk,post-competition service risk,venue and equipment handling risk.There are 49 tertiary risks.(2)The weights of each index were calculated by the analytic hierarchy method,and among the first-level indicators of risk assessment of the organization and management of mass outdoor sports events,the risk in the event holding stage was0.382,the risk in the event preparation stage was 0.339,the risk in the event start-up stage was 0.186,and the risk in the closing stage was 0.092.Among them,the risk of the event holding stage accounts for the largest proportion in the risk assessment of the organization and management of mass outdoor sports events.The weights of the secondary indicators are,in descending order: personnel safety risk 0.121,participant risk 0.109,staff risk 0.108,material support risk 0.090,traffic support risk 0.072,basic rules of hosting the competition 0.071,capital risk 0.059,post-competition service risk 0.056,political and cultural environment risk 0.055,information risk0.053,social environment risk 0.046,venue and technical equipment risk 0.046,Scheduling risk 0.038,natural environment risk 0.037,site and equipment disposal risk 0.036.(3)After the case analysis and research,the mass outdoor sports event organization management risk index system has certain rationality and applicability,which can be used for the evaluation of risks for the management of mass outdoor sports competition organizations.
