Research On The Integrated Model Of Medical Social Workers' Intervention In Hierarchical Diagnosis And Treatmen

As an important part of the health China strategy,hierarchical medical system has revealed some problems in the current policy implementation process,and residents’ willingness to participate in community-based primary care and referral is low.This paper analyzes the intertwined problems of the policy system,medical institutions,medical personnel and patient groups in the implementation of hierarchical medical system by applying social work integration theory to the data obtained from the internship in S hospital and L community health service station.We propose a set of sequential,well-organized and efficient medical social work intervention model.At the same time,we propose to strengthen the quality of medical social workers,establish a sound industry standard and promote the cooperation of multiple parties to break down the barriers in the industry,in view of the lack of professionalism of medical social workers,the lack of industry norms and standards and the barriers to resource integration that may occur in the process of intervention.
