Based on the existing literature and relevant research results of domestic and foreign scholars,this study aims to identify the shortcomings of the current primary school class culture construction based on students’ autonomous development through investigation and research,analyze the reasons for their occurrence,and strive to provide actionable construction strategies for primary school class teachers and school administrators to improve their class construction ability and students’ autonomous development literacy.This paper adopts literature research,observation,questionnaire survey,and interview methods for research,with questionnaire survey and interview as the main methods and observation as the auxiliary.Through observation,preliminarily explore the current situation of cultural construction in each class and identify obvious problems;Using the questionnaire survey method,diagnose the problems in the current cultural construction of primary school classes and provide a basis for strategy construction;By using interview methods,understand teachers’ views and feelings on the construction of class culture,and provide reliable data support for subsequent improvement and construction plans.Through the analysis and processing of the survey results,the main conclusions of this study are as follows: students lack autonomous awareness of class culture construction,negative school systems,and authoritarian teacher management,which hinder students’ autonomous management and prevent them from achieving self realization.The specific reasons are: teachers and students lack awareness of the importance of class culture construction;The school lacks a sound moral education management system;Some students lack a sense of subjectivity in class cultural construction,which greatly hinders their independent development.Based on the survey results,this study proposes the following four suggestions on how to improve the construction of class culture based on students’ autonomous development: first,by carefully arranging walls and corner environments,the foundation of class material and cultural construction can be consolidated.Second,actively guiding class atmosphere and public opinion through collaboration between teachers and students,as well as home school cooperation,to improve the speed of class spiritual and cultural construction.Third,ensure the quality of class system culture construction by democratically formulating class rules and encouraging students to manage independently.Fourth,by conducting themed class meetings and organizing carefully designed activities such as social practice,we aim to accumulate achievements in the construction of class behavior culture.
