With the gradual implementation of the "double reduction" policy,K12 discipline online education institutions should actively adjust and launch appropriate courses.According to the curriculum product matrix of start-up institutions,after the core courses are launched,they start to mobilize internal resources and try to develop new products(courses).From September 2020 to may 2021,they are also conducting market inspection while developing courses.The whole practice process is divided into two stages.The first stage is the curriculum R & D stage,which has carried out positive attempts by using new products,customer-driven marketing strategy and relevant theories of demand and motivation,especially the cross application of theories.The second stage is the market test and optimization iteration stage,which is the concept of combining teaching and research work with market demand,Carry out curriculum design and development,focusing on Solidly Promoting the curriculum development practice of "reducing customer acquisition cost,improving curriculum reputation and establishing brand".In the course R & D stage,it has comprehensively practiced the relevant theories of new products,explored the implementation process of customer-driven marketing strategy,further excavated consumers’ needs and motives,comprehensively improved the quality of the course and created differentiation.In the process of market test,the accuracy and pertinence of curriculum design are greatly improved by obtaining data through technical means,so that the whole curriculum has received good results.In the third attempt,the use of curriculum fission to pull new activities has achieved good results,which is a valuable attempt to "build a brand through word-of-mouth".Among them,some problems are also found,and optimization and iteration are carried out for these new problems.In particular,PDCA cycle is used to improve the course quality,determine the complete closed loop of course design,improve the matching degree between the course and the demand,and then improve the "success rate" of the course.Generally speaking,it is a practice of the "popular" course through the review of the whole development and design process,as well as the optimization and iteration of the course.
