With the continuous development of Internet technology and the continuous advancement of education informatization process,blended learning,which can coordinate the advantages of online and offline learning,has attracted more and more attention.However,the current computer professional courses in secondary vocational schools are faced with the following problems:(1)monotonous teaching content and single teaching mode;(2)single course assessment and evaluation method;(3)unreasonable teaching task setting and lack of practical operation ability training of learners;(4)the teaching quality of professional courses needs to be improved,which is in line with the actual enterprises and institutions(5)professional course teaching ignores the cultivation of students’ autonomous learning ability.If these problems remain unsolved,it will affect the development and reform of computer professional courses in secondary vocational schools.In order to guarantee the reform quality of the mixed teaching of computer professional courses in secondary vocational schools,the author introduces PDCA quality management cycle,also known as Deming cycle,as the ideological basis and method basis of total quality management,constructs the hybrid teaching cycle process based on PDCA quality management cycle,takes PDCA quality management cycle as the guiding concept,and puts in the model P(plan),D(do),C(check)and A(act)processes which are designed to be penetrated into three learning stages of the pre-class research learning(P),in-class probing learning(D and C),and after-class inquiry learning,taking into practice of full participation,whole process management,all-zone monitoring of the comprehensive classroom teaching quality management,with a hope to continuously improve the curriculum teaching quality and efficiency in the spiral cycle of PDCA quality management.This study consists of four parts:(1)firstly,through the literature research method,the connotation of PDCA quality management cycle and the hybrid teaching principle are summarized,the research background and related research status at home and abroad are clarified,and the deficiencies and new research contents and orientations are put forward;(2)the design ideas and technical operating procedures of Hybrid Teaching in secondary vocational schools based on PDCA quality ring are formed on the basis of teaching status,teaching and learning objects of the course "Flash Animation Production" for computer program students,taking PDCA quality management cycle as the guiding concept;(3)in the process of teaching computer kernel course of Flash Animation as the teaching cases,the author carry out the empirical research on the hybrid teaching and the operating procedures on the basis of the PDCA quality ring for secondary schools are improved with the help of implementation process and evaluation results of two cases from the teaching;(4)the final practical effect is analyzed by investigation,and the specific technical operating procedures of hybrid learning based on PDCA quality ring and corresponding teaching strategies of are summarized from perspective of the above three stages and eight steps of blended learning.The theoretical and practical significance of this study mainly includes the following three aspects:(1)the hybrid learning operating procedures based on PDCA quality ring is established from the three stages of pre-class research learning,during-class probing learning and after-class inquiry learning as well as the eight steps;(2)the corresponding teaching application strategies are proposed from the three stages of pre-class research learning,during-class probing learning and after-class inquiry learning,aiming to solve problems remaining in PACA quality ring learning activity design and empirical research.(3)The hybrid teaching based on PDCA quality ring can effectively promote the learning efficiency of secondary vocational students and improve teaching quality.
