The unity of dominance and subjectivity is an important principle in the practice of Ideological and political teaching in senior high school.Teachers and students are the most direct participants in classroom teaching.The teacher is the organizer and director of classroom teaching,and plays a leading role in the teaching process;the students are the main body of classroom teaching.Under the guidance of the teacher,the students give full play to their main role in teaching activities,and actively carry out independent learning.Therefore,in the practice of Ideological and political class teaching in senior high school,we must adhere to the principle of unity of dominance and subjectivity.We should not only give full play to the leading role of teachers,but also let students participate in the teaching process,highlighting the main position of students in the classroom teaching.In the classroom teaching of Ideological and political course in senior high school,the principle of unity of dominance and subjectivity is not only determined by the subject nature and fundamental task of the ideological and political textbook in senior high school,but also the inevitable requirement of the reform and innovation of the teaching mode of Ideological and political course in senior high school.The ideological and political course in senior high school is not a course that only teaches theory and cultural knowledge,but also undertakes the basic task of Building Morality and cultivating people,which determines that in the ideological and political classroom teaching in senior high school,we should pay attention to the organic unity of knowledge and theory teaching and students' practical activities,and give full play to the leading role of teachers and the main role of students.In addition,the reform and innovation of the teaching mode of Ideological and political education in senior high school also requires both teachers and students to play their due role in the classroom teaching process.However,in reality,the leading role of teachers and the main role of students are not well combined and unified in the practice of Ideological and political theory teaching in senior high school,which affects the actual effect of classroom teaching.For example,in the traditional teaching mode of our country,due to overemphasizing the leading role of teachers in classroom teaching,the students' main role in classroom teaching is ignored to a large extent.With the reform of Ideological and political courses and the promotion of quality-oriented education in senior high schools,the traditional teaching mode has been unable to meet the needs of classroom teaching and the talent training goal of the all-round development of morality,intelligence,sports,beauty and labor in China.In this case,people give more emphasis and attention to the students' subjective status and role in promoting the reform and innovation of high school ideological and political classroom teaching.However,in the practice of teaching,it appears to weaken or even neglect the leading role of teachers to some extent.Many teachers do not really combine their leading role with the students' subjective role in classroom teaching practice,which leads to a great discount in the actual effect of teaching.The purpose of this paper is to discuss how to combine the teacher's leading role and the student's subjectivity organically in the classroom teaching of Ideological and political course in senior high school,and give full play to the role of both in the classroom teaching,so as to improve the quality and effect of classroom teaching.This paper is divided into four parts: introduction.This part mainly discusses the background,significance,current situation,methods and innovations of the principle of the unity of dominance and subjectivity.The second part mainly discusses the basic meaning and importance of the principle of the unity of dominance and subjectivity;the third part mainly analyzes the problems existing in the application of the principle of the unity of dominance and subjectivity in senior high school ideological and political classroom teaching from the two levels of teachers and students;the fourth part mainly puts forward corresponding solutions according to the existing problems These strategies enable teachers to truly understand,grasp and implement the principle of unity of dominance and subjectivity in high school ideological and political classroom teaching.
