Research purpose: Through the 12-week mass aerobics exercise intervention,the study explored the impact of mass aerobics on the healthy physical fitness and mental health of female college students,and on this basis,in-depth analysis of the correlation between healthy physical fitness and mental health,and strive to provide scientific and effective exercise options for the healthy growth of female college students.Research methods: 60 subjects from Shanghai Normal University,Fengxian District,Shanghai were randomly divided into experimental group of 30 and control group of 30.Among them,the experimental group carried out 12 weeks of mass aerobics intervention(2 times/week,90 minutes/time,exercise intensity of 60%-65%of the maximum heart rate).The following indexes were tested,summarized and analyzed before and after the experiment: left and right hand grip strength,sit-ups,standing long jump(muscle strength and muscle endurance);Heart rate,vital capacity and step test(cardiopulmonary fitness)at rest;Forward flexion in sitting position(flexibility);Height,weight,thickness of shoulder nail and three skin folds of humerus,waist to hip ratio(body composition);Mental health(《Chinese college students’ mental health assessment scale》),to analyze the impact of mass aerobics on the physical fitness and mental health of female college students and its internal relationship.Research results:1.12 The effect of mass aerobics on the health and fitness of female college students in the experimental group was significantly higher than that before the experiment(P<0.01);At rest,heart rate decreased(P;The anteflexion distance of the sitting body was significantly increased(P<0.01);The body weight was significantly decreased,BMI was decreased(P.There was no significant change in the indexes of physical fitness of female college students in the control group before the experiment.2.12 The effect of mass calisthenics on the mental health of female college students in the 12 th week was lower than that before the experiment(P.There was no significant difference between the scores of female college students in the control group and those before the experiment.3.There is a certain correlation between the indicators of physical fitness and mental health of female college students.The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between sit-ups,standing long jump,vital capacity,BMI and mental health(P;There was a significant positive correlation between step test and sitting forward flexion and mental health(P;There was significant negative correlation between body weight,thickness of skin fold of shoulder nail,thickness of three skin folds of humerus and waist to hip ratio and mental health(P;There was no significant correlation between other indicators and mental health.Research conclusion:(1)Mass aerobics plays a certain role in promoting the level of physical fitness of female college students.The practice of mass aerobics can improve the muscle endurance and lower limb muscle strength of female college students,improve the heart and lung endurance,promote the flexibility of the body,and improve the body composition.It has no significant effect on the improvement of upper limb muscle strength of female college students.(2)Mass aerobics plays a positive role in improving the mental health of female college students.The practice of mass aerobics can improve the perception of somatization,depression and paranoia of female college students,alleviate anxiety,improve inferiority complex,and alleviate social withdrawal and impulse.(3)While mass calisthenics has promoted the healthy physical fitness and mental health of female college students,there is a positive or negative correlation between the indicators of their healthy physical fitness and mental health,showing a certain correlation. |
