With the promulgation of the new Curriculum Plan of Compulsory Education,the proportion of class hours for physical education has been continuously increased,and it is second only to Chinese and mathematics in the stage of compulsory education,becoming the third largest subject in-class hours,which fully reflects the importance of physical education curriculum.At the same time,the Ministry of Education also made it clear that the score of the physical education examination should be increased year by year to reach the same score in addition to the number of words,highlighting the importance of the physical education examination.In response to the state’s call,Nanning has reformed the physical education examination,raising the score and increasing the examination content,among which hydrangea throwing is one of the added contents.Throwing hydrangea is very popular in the middle school sports examination of Nanning City.According to the data of the high school sports examination,the number of people who choose to take the examination of throwing hydrangea is increasing year by year,second only to standing long jump and 1000 m running.The introduction of Hydrangea into junior high school physical education classes will be beneficial to the inheritance and development of traditional ethnic sports.Still,there are also many problems in the process of turning hydrangea into textbooks in junior high school physical education classes.The research on the issues presented in the teaching material of the sports classroom of junior middle school will be conducive to the better development of the sports and promote the further improvement of the sports entrance examination in Nanning.It is also about how to enter the physical education classroom,which has positive research significance.This study clarified the core concepts of physical education textbooks,hydrangea throwing and traditional ethnic sports through a literature review "on Physical Education Teaching" and related books.Meanwhile,it sorted out the existing relevant research materials at home and abroad,laying a theoretical foundation for this study.At present,the related researches at home and abroad mainly focus on the cultural connotation,educational function of hydrangea throwing and the teaching material of traditional ethnic sports.Among them,the cultural connotation of throwing hydrangea,the educational role of throwing hydrangea and the teaching material of traditional ethnic sports have been explored.However,there are few researches on the teaching material of throwing hydrangea in junior high school sports classrooms.This study conducted a case study using a questionnaire survey and expert interview to deeply analyze the problems in teaching materials of hydrangea throwing in junior middle school physical education.Therefore,it is essential to study the teaching materials of hydrangea throwing in physical education.The present situation of teaching materials for hydrangea throwing in junior middle school physical education in Nanning No.14 Middle School was investigated.This school is a traditional top school in Nanning of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,and hydrangea throwing is the dominant test item in this school,and the number of students who take the examination of hydrangea throwing is high.Survey found that Nanning to throw a ball movement in 14 middle school physical education teaching material has many problems: the PE teachers’ cognition to throw a ball sports teaching content is not enough,lack of teaching content of throwing a ball medium,throw a ball movement of the term is not reasonable and the single teaching contents,teaching content of throwing a ball processing and transformation.It IS mainly reflected in the lack of standardized teaching materials and the low understanding of sports teachers in junior high school,which leads to the problems of unclear,unstable and non-standard teaching of sports throwing.Through the analysis of the causes of the problem,the improvement path is put forward: strengthen teacher training,pay attention to the comprehensive evaluation of teaching,encourage academic research,create a high-quality course of hydrangeball throwing,and play the traction role of hydrangeball throwing competition.Finally,it is concluded that the teaching content of hydrangea throwing should be scientific,interesting,educational,themed and life-oriented.This will make hydrangea throwing more standardized and scientific in junior high school physical education classes,so as to promote the improvement and development of Nanning high school physical education examination,and further develop and inherit the traditional ethnic sport of hydrangea throwing.At the same time,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the development of hydrangea throwing in junior high school physical education class:encouraging academic research and providing theoretical guarantee;Strengthen the learning of skills,improve the efficiency of teaching;Build quality courses to promote teaching and learning;Give play to the traction function of the competition,improve the effect of teaching materials.
