In January 2019,The State Council issued the National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan,which calls for improving the development of secondary vocational education.As the main position of implementing secondary vocational education,secondary vocational schools across the country have set off a wave of curriculum reform in vocational education according to the requirements of The National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan.In July 2021,Decision of the CPC Central Committee and The State Council on Optimizing the Birth Policy to Promote the Long-term Balanced Development of population is published,formally proposing the implementation of the three-child birth policy and supporting measures.In this context,"child rearing" has further become a special concern for social development.Secondary vocational level preschool education graduates are an important source of talents in the preschool education industry.In order to improve the quality of personnel training and meet the social demand for preschool education talents,vocational education curriculum reform must be paid attention to.As an important part of curriculum construction,curriculum implementation affects the quality of curriculum teaching and talent training.Therefore,The quality of curriculum implementation is undoubtedly the key link to improve the quality of preschool education personnel training.Current investigation shows that the implementation effect of preschool education professional curriculum in secondary vocational schools is not significant.The general quality of preschool education students in secondary vocational schools is low,the professional theory is weak,and the professional skills are backward.This paper is divided into six parts,the contents of each part are as follows:The first part is introduction.Describing the origin,purpose and significance of the research on the implementation of developmental psychology curriculum for preschool children in secondary vocational schools;Defining core concepts;Sorting out and analyzing the literature related to the implementation of developmental psychology curriculum for preschool children in secondary vocational schools,and elaborating the research status and shortcomings;Finally,the research methods are introduced and the basic ideas are presented.The second part is the research design and implementation.The research design process is introduced from the aspects of questionnaire,interview outline and classroom observation scale,and the research implementation process is introduced from the aspects of data collection and sample summary subsequently.The third part is the investigation for the implementation status of the developmental psychology curriculum for the secondary vocational preschool children.The course implementation data are analyzed from the following aspects as the questionnaire,interview,and classroom observation etc.The fourth part is the existing implementation issues and analysis of developmental psychology curriculum for the secondary vocational preschool children.Through the analysis of causes,There is not enough connection between curriculum objectives and personnel training objectives,and the orientation of curriculum objectives lacks scientific basis.The selection and organization of course content are in difficulty;The course teaching process lacks reasonable organization;The curriculum evaluatio n system lacks integrity.The fifth part is the proposed implementation strategies of the developmental psychology curriculum for the secondary vocational preschool children.In view of the problems existing in the implementation of preschool children’s developmental psychology curriculum in Yulin secondary vocational schools,this paper puts forward the basis of making clear the curriculum objectives in combination with the talent training objectives.Strengthening the reform of course content,adhering to the combination of theory and practice,establishing the selection standard of teaching materials and increasing the amount of class hours.Rationally organizing the teaching process,changing the teaching concept,paying attention to the comprehensive teaching content,and making flexible use of teaching methods;Establishing a diversified curriculum evaluation system.The sixth part is the summary and prospect.The innovation,deficiencies and limitations of this research are analyzed,and furth research and development in the future are prospected as well.
