| Although the education has made a lot of achievements in order to meet the social acquirements, the normal university students still can not be competent for their new jobs, they are just the so-called semi-manufactured goods, it takes time for them to become the qualified goods. The inefficient competence of the normal university students shows the course arrangement is not so scientific, and the course implementation is not suitable. We can find the bachelor's degree need altogether 70 courses after referring to several normal university's course setting, subject tables and the reference book for students'course selection. These courses on the whole , can include all the knowledge needed in the future teaching .However , these courses arrangement still has some disadvantages, e.g. the inaccuracy of course setting , the unbalanced course structure, old course contents, short teaching experience, less practice, narrower technical knowledge courses, etc. Though the curriculum plan has been discussed by the experts, the subject experts and the curriculum experts are seldom. The two key factors of courses implementation:higher position through the curriculum reform.The curriculum implementation begins at 1970s, the origin is from the retrospection of subject structuralism in 1950s-1960s, many questions on it is that the course implementation is course usage, the execution of the course plan , and as long as the course plan is excellent, the expected outcome will be achieved naturally during the implementation. The research at home is later than the abroad, in addition, the curriculum administration system is more centralized, the exploitation of the courses belongs to the government, thus make the ignorance of the course implementation.This study begins from the investigation of the normal university curriculum plan and the curriculum implementation, it analyses the current situation of curriculum implementation and the cause of failure to the target, use the recognizing theory of practise-recognise-repractise process, studies how the normal university curriculum can produce the qualified future teacher, including the suspicion to the rationality of the curriculum plan setting the from the curriculum theory point of view, and provides a systematic recognition for the recent issues of normal university curriculum, and also provides the scientific evidence for the curriculum leading and curriculum decision-making, points out the way to the normal university curriculum reform. |
