The secondary vocational schools have trained a large number of applied technical talents for the society,all the time,the secondary vocational schools highly valued by the state and the government.the state establishes the goal of vocational education to cultivate high-quality workers and skilled talents to meet the needs of economic and social development,The Ministry of education in order to establish and improve the quality assurance system of vocational education,and improve the quality of vocational education,it require secondary vocational schools need to develop professional teaching standards.Teachers as the target of curriculum training,in the context of the high standards of education for the state and society,the adaptability of teachers in curriculum implementation is very important,in particular,the adaptation of teachers directly affects the effect of teaching standards in the vocational education.《The Professional Standards of Preschool Education in Secondary Vocational Schools(for Trial Implementation)》is the main basis for the guidance and management of preschool education in the secondary vocational schools,and plays an important role in the secondary vocational education,in particular,the newly opened vocational preschool education,it need to the teacher adapt to the teaching requirements of preschool education in the curriculum implementation,therefore,the adaptability of preschool teachers in secondary vocational schools should become an important subject of study and research.The author studies on pedagogy,educational psychology and other subjects,defines the relevant concepts involved in this paper,and based on the opinions of the general office of the Ministry of education on the development of professional teaching standards for secondary vocational schools,and based on the professional standards of preschool education in Secondary Vocational Schools,and guided by the cognitive development theory,constructivism learning theory and the theory of teacher professional velopment,this paper by means of literature review,investigation and observation,to conduct surveys,observations and interviews for preschool education teachers in Guangxi mechanical and electrical industry school,the paper purpose is that to understand the adaptability of the secondary vocational school teachers in the actual curriculum,and then analyze the existing situation,and puts forward some suggestions to optimize the adaptability of professional teachers in the implementation of preschool education curriculum.The main research of paper is divided into the following parts:The first chapter:Introduction.This chapter mainly include that the raised problems of the adaptability of preschool teachers in the secondary vocational schools,literature review and the purpose and significance of the research,research methods and research ideas,and definition of related concepts.The second chapter:the theoretical analysis of teachers’ Adaptability in the implementation of preschool education curriculum in the secondary vocational schools.This chapter mainly include that the theoretical basis of teachers’ adaptability,and basic requirements of teachers’ adaptability.The third chapter:investigation and analysis of teachers’ Adaptability in the implementation of preschool education curriculum in the secondary vocational schools.This paper discusses the design and implementation of the investigation from the following seven aspects:the training objectives,the personnel specifications,the curriculum,the curriculum content,the teaching methods,the teaching evaluation and the professional teachers,so as to obtain the basic condition of teachers’ psychological and behavioral adaptation,pointed out that the four aspects of adaptation specific performance,for example,teachers’ basic recognition of preschool education major in Secondary Vocational Schools,teachers pay attention to the change of educational concept,teachers pay attention to the formation of good education concept,teachers pay attention to the improvement of teaching behavior,at the same time,the author points out the concrete manifestation of adaptation,for example,teachers have anxiety about the implementation of preschool education curriculum in Secondary Vocational Schools,some teachers’ educational behaviors need to be improved,Finally,it analyzes the five factors that influence the teacher’s adaptability,it includes that teachers’ understanding of curriculum,teachers’ multi channel approach of learning,teachers’ professional development,teachers’acquiring support,and teachers’ interpersonal relationshipThe fourth chapter:suggestions on enhancing teachers’ Adaptability in the implementation of preschool curriculum in the secondary vocational schools.Based on the previous part,this paper put forward some the suggestions of enhancing the adaptability of Preschool Teachers,it specifically include that changing concepts and enhancing teachers’ curriculum awareness,strengthening learning and improving the level of professional development of Teachers,improving the environment and creating a good teaching environment,paying attention to communication and optimizing teachers’ interpersonal relationship.
