In the context of the "double reduction" policy,the popularization of flipped classroom has played an important role in reducing students’ burden and balancing high-quality digital education resources.The teaching management based on flipped classroom in middle schools is the way to promote the deep integration of information technology and education,and it is also an important guarantee to improve the management effect.However,the flipped-classroom teaching management faces many challenges in practice.For instance,the school’s top-level design is incomplete,and the system is inadequate;the lesson preparing group’s preparation management system is inadequate,and the management focus is not clear;the teachers’ management of learning elements is lacking,and they cannot meet students’ learning needs.These problems are closely related to the fact that the teaching management has not been updated and upgraded in time.To address this problem,the author conducted an in-depth investigation into the current situation of flipped classroom management in an junior school education group with the methods of literature review,questionnaire and interview,clarified the problems of teaching management,exploring reasons and conducted an experiment between classes in an education group in Hefei for more than one year.By analyzing the characteristics of changes in typical course scores and students’ self-assessment scores,combined with students’ and parents’ interviews,the effects of implementing these measures were clarified.At last,corresponding management optimization measures were proposed.The paper is divided into three parts.The first chapter is the introduction in which some background information of the topic is stated here,for example,the value of research and practice as well as the literature review.From the perspective of teaching management,the second part mainly focuses on the current situations and problems.To be specific,firstly it displays what teaching management is like in daily practice by means of the questionnaire survey.It tries to clarify the problems of teaching management by organizing and analyzing the collected data.Then,according to the problems collected from daily teaching practice,combined with the optimization measures,a series of experiments were conducted to prove the effects of these upgraded management measures.As a result,it was found that there are mainly three problems of flipped-classroom management.The third part offers some correspondent strategies based on the problems shown and experiments done in Chapter Two.First,the school should improve the top-level design to enhance the institutional guarantee;second,the preparation team should stress the preparation management;third,teachers should strengthen the learning elements management.In the process of teaching management optimization,we must focus on optimizing the management means and deepening the management connotation from the teaching end,and make the flipped classroom truly serve the growth of students.
