Casework Intervention Study On Violent Behavior Of Juvenile Community Correction Subject

Teenagers are not mature physically and psychologically,and lack of experience in dealing with people.They are extremely vulnerable to the influence of many complex factors,such as the ideas advocating violence,social violent conflicts,and violent culture.Therefore,Teenagers’ violent crimes have become a part of social problems that cannot be ignored.Under the current situation,it is one of the important research topics in building a harmonious and stable socialist modern country to explore how to effectively correct the behavior and cognition of juveniles involved in crimes,help them return to society as soon as possible,adapt to society,integrate into society,and promote their healthy growth of body and mind.Juvenile social work,as a social service activity,is highly professional and skilled,and has great professional advantages in the intervention of juvenile violent behavior correction.Through interviews with juvenile community correction objects in W Justice Institute of J County,this paper comprehensively analyzes the difficulties faced by juvenile community correction objects in this institution,which can be divided into four aspects: poor ability to distinguish right from wrong,weak legal awareness,lack of positive guidance of family education and lack of specific planning for life development.And analyzes the causes of the dilemma.The author participated in the whole process of the community correction of the juvenile object L.Through literature method,observation method,interview method,etc.,collect the relevant information of the service objects,analyze the problems and needs of the service objects,Formulate targeted service objectives and plans based on the cognitive behavioral theory and social learning theory,and correct the wrong perception of advocating violence,improve the domestic violence interaction behavior,enhance the legal awareness and strengthen the positive non-violent behavior and other aspects of help and intervention.Under the active cooperation and support of the local judicial office,the community and the client himself,the client Li’s awareness of advocating violence was corrected,his legal knowledge level was improved,he learned to control his emotions,and he completed a positive transformation from ideological cognition,behavior,life and other aspects,and the incidence of violent behavior was significantly reduced.Service object Lee also smoothly removed correction,return to society.Finally,through the review of this case,the author summarizes the specific advantages of the casework method in improving the effect of adolescent community correction,and analyzes the importance of cognitive behavioral theory and social learning theory in the correction of adolescent violent behavior.At the same time,the paper reflects on the shortcomings of the intervention in this case,hoping to provide effective reference for the future development of violent behavior correction services for juvenile community correction objects,further promote the smooth development of juvenile crime-related group behavior correction,and help teenagers return to society smoothly,adapt to society and grow up healthily.
