As our country enters a new journey of socialist modernization,promoting the modernization of education and developing into an educational power is the development trend of China’s education industry.After the successful convening of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China’s requirements for China’s modernization became clearer,and the strategic goal of realizing educational modernization by 2035 has become more urgent and firm.Strong sports make the country strong.To achieve the goal of educational modernization,It is necessary to attach importance to the modernization of school physical education.Building a high-quality,professional and innovative team of school physical education teachers is the key to improving the core quality of physical education teachers.The core qualities of physical education teachers will determine the quality and level of physical education teachers in schools.This research focuses on the core literacy of primary school physical education teachers from the perspective of educational modernization.The first is to use the literature method to sort out the literature related to the core literacy of physical education teachers and educational modernization,based on the characteristics of education from the perspective of educational modernization,the development direction of primary school physical education from the perspective of educational modernization is explored.Then,taking the development direction of primary school physical education from the perspective of educational modernization as the basis,the core literacy of primary school physical education teachers is determined from the perspective of educational modernization.According to the content dimension of the core literacy of primary school physical education teachers,conduct fact-finding research and In the form of expert interviews,the core literacy of primary school physical education teachers in Shandong Province was explored,the main problems and influencing factors of primary school physical education teachers’ personal situation and core literacy were studied,and training suggestions were put forward in combination with the requirements of educational modernization and development of the core literacy of primary school physical education teachers.Research results:(1)From the perspective of educational modernization,according to the development direction of primary school physical education,the requirements of primary school physical education modernization for the core literacy of primary school physical education teachers are summarized.After analysis,it is determined that from the perspective of educational modernization,the core literacy content of primary school physical education teachers mainly includes three aspects: educational literacy,professional literacy,and behavioral literacy.Educational literacy is further divided into two content dimensions of education and teaching theory literacy and comprehensive knowledge literacy;professional literacy is further divided into two content dimensions: professional theoretical literacy and professional skill literacy;behavioral literacy is further divided into teaching behavior literacy,learning behavior literacy,and teaching research.Behavioral literacy and interpersonal behavior literacy have four content dimensions.(2)Through investigation and analysis,the study found that there are many problems in the core literacy of primary school physical education teachers in Shandong Province,mainly reflected in the incomplete mastery of education and teaching theories and comprehensive knowledge,Insufficient mastery of professional theories and professional skills will not be applied and the lack of teachers’ teaching behavior literacy and teaching research behavior literacy etc.(3)Through the analysis of the survey results,internal factors such as physiology,psychology,including knowledge,have a greater impact on the core literacy of primary school physical education teachers,and the teaching environment and resources will also be restricted.Combining the problems and influencing factors of the core literacy of primary school physical education teachers,through the analysis of the development direction of education and primary school physical education teachers from the perspective of education modernization,this paper explores the main factors of primary school physical education core literacy.The core literacy proposes the following training strategies according to the three content dimensions of educational literacy,professional literacy and behavioral literacy.In terms of educational literacy:1.Enhance the awareness of independent innovation,and transforming the knowledge system of physical education for primary school physical education teachers;2.Increase the scope of learning and research,and increase the knowledge of primary school physical education teachers.In terms of professional quality: 1.Practice the concept of hardworking and eager to learn,and strengthening the theoretical professionalism of primary school physical education teachers;2.Provide rich sports resources and enhance the professional skills of primary school physical education teachers.In terms of behavioral literacy: 1.Establish a teaching evaluation system to enrich the teaching ability of primary school physical education teachers;2.Endow the concept of lifelong learning and optimize the learning of primary school physical education teachers;3.Pay attention to the quality of teaching and training,and improve the teaching and research level of primary school physical education teachers;4.Focus on ideological and moral cultivation,and establish the morality and style of primary school physical education teachers.
